So yesterday I mentioned how I have a Vegas trip coming up. Well you know what that means, right? It's overdrive time for the weight loss! LOL! I want to shed at least 52 pounds before we go. Right now I'm at my lowest in three years - had to lose it all after I gained weight after my chihuahua died.
So my progress is great and I hope to keep the momentum up. It's only 2 pounds a week, which is safe and doable. I have a feeling if I'm smart about my nutrition and keep going to the gym 3 days a week, I should hit that goal easily - says the girl who always says that LOL. It would sure take some pressure off my knee. (I hope).

Time for goal setting. Now that you know what you want your business and your life to look like, and more importantly, why, it’s time to set some goals to help you get there.When setting your goals, keep the S.M.A.R.T. model in mind. Goals should be:
