Have you ever bought something and had a technical problem, like trouble downloading it? I think this has probably happened to all of us. This past week I had a subscriber who had this happen and her reaction was to send a CC email to me and the vendor about it, telling them she's advising me never to promote them again.
This kind of rude, kneejerk reaction (before the vendor has even had a chance to see what's wrong or fix it) is not tolerable to me anymore. To top it off, this lady is a mindset coach of all things. LOL! I think she needs to readjust her mindset.
It's normal to feel frustrated when a tech glitch happens, but it wasn't happening to anyone else. All you have to do is reach out and say, "Hey there! I'm having trouble downloading. Can you help?" Now if it's an unethical vendor and they tell you to go fly a kite, THEN there's problem. But the person she bashed is one of the best content producers and kindest people I know online. I hate that he had to wake up to such hostility.
So instead of waking up looking for a fight, assume the BEST until someone shows you they're not worthy of your kindness. There's too much meanness in this world today and I'll have none of it anymore.
