New Limited PLR - What to Expect in a Survival Community; SEO Program for Ethical Rankings; Being There for People
Published: Fri, 08/19/22
Scarlett has another (third week in a row) pool party to attend tonight so it's another 4 hours in the car (it's an hour each way, so 2 hours round trip and I drop her off at 6 and pick her up at midnight). The worst part (I don't mind driving and the time) is that at the later pick up time, on a Friday night, you have all the horrible people on the road - racing and weaving. I just try to stay out of everyone's way and be vigilant.
I do love blasting my radio and singing, though. I added all my favorite 80s music to my Spotify and just sing and car dance on my way. LOL!
FYI: Tomorrow's email goes out at 9 AM EST and if you need to see what limited PLR is left and see what big, discounted store bundles are available, go here.
Ending Tonight: Quick heads up that if you didn't grab Alessandro Zamboni's 6-Page eBooks Empire yet, you may want to do that because the launch pricing ends tonight.
New Limited PLR - What to Expect in a Survival Community
My latest limited to 50 buyers PLR is called What to Expect in a Survival Community and this is a report that helps survival preppers gain a better understanding of why and how these neighborhoods are being developed around the world. With an emphasis on neighbors helping neighbors rather than being in an "every man for himself" situation, these communities are providing peace of mind and protection from dire circumstances from events that may or may not happen in the future. The report covers both joining an existing community and building your own. This 10-page 3,717-word report covers the following:
- Survival Communities Are Designed to Share and Teach Important Skills
- It’s Better to Have a Survival Community Than to Go Solo
- 3 Survival Communities That Are Already Developing
- Making Sure You’ll Be Accepted Into a Survival Community
- Creating a Survival Community of Your Own

SEO Program and Live Workshop for Ethical Rankings
Alice Seba has a business partner named Yusef Kulan who is putting out an SEO course on his own (this is NOT PLR). I know MANY people on my list crave more information about this, so I'm hoping this helps. It's called the +ROI Authority Method and he shows you how to take work you've already done and optimize it step-by-step. I like that he slants it from an ethical approach. SO many scammy marketers teach unethical tactics that ultimate sabotage you.
The topics include:
Module 1: Identify Your Target Audience
Module 2: Create Content That Your Link Creators Want To Share
Module 3: Easy Backlinks Acquisition Method
The course is 50% Off for the launch here:

He also has a Free Sample called the Content Creator's Guide if you're on the fence here:

The Business of Being There for People
I love things like this. So I'm going to share it with you. People have businesses built just on being a presence in someone's life. Even as a stranger.First of all, one of the TikTok accounts I follow is @shoelover99 - her name is Ophelia Nichols and she's a southern woman (a mom) who just has lots of positive content - she's very sweet. Some of what she says is just very motherly, and it makes me wish my own mom had been that caring. But I have my babies so I'm okay.
Some people have no one. She calls her followers "little tater tots" and she's "Mama Tot" and her husband is "Papa Tot." People will always comment things like, "Mama Tot, can you sit with me a little bit? I'm going through a rough time." And she'll film a 60 second video of her making small talk and soothing them in a lighthearted way about how everything's going to be okay as she eats lunch "across" from them.
Somehow, it's comforting for those who feel alone. Here's an example of one of her videos: https://www.tiktok.com/@shoelover99/video/7109532569884020011 and this one: https://www.tiktok.com/@shoelover99/video/7090598074589990186 and one thing you'll notice is that in the second one, she's giving the simplest and slightest little life tip: set boundaries. Her account has tons of fun stuff too, and some heartbreaking as well.
She makes money from her merch and also the creator funds, etc. I also saw this guy over in Japan who charges $85 an hour to just be with people and do nothing. If someone feels uncomfortable eating alone in a restaurant, he goes with them. One new cafe owner hired him so her new restaurant wouldn't look so empty and make her sad. Another guy hired him to wave at him at the train station because everyone else had family seeing them off and he wanted that, too. (Not gonna lie - my eyes leaked when seeing that one).
It's not always loneliness either. Another lady hired him because her friends worry when she's with them in the sun because she's allergic to it, so she wanted to go do stuff without people worrying. A stranger being paid to just go eat with her, attend a festival, etc? Just what she needed. Check it out here: https://www.bbc.com/reel/playlist/how-to-be-happy-at-work?vpid=p0cr12x1
He said some people will hire him just to be there when they have to tell their family or friends something difficult. They just don't want to be alone. I have always wished I could come up with a business to be there for people. I love the idea. But I'd worry about the limits on it. IE: As a freelancer, I had clients calling my home at 2 AM - no boundaries! So if someone relied on you as an emotional crutch, that could get scary.
Helping people in any niche is always rewarding. I know even teaching people to make money online has been heartwarming because I've seen people be able to make ends meet and thrive or escape bad situations.
Tiff :)
