2 New Limited PLRs - Survival and Senior Marketing Topics; Printables Course; Monsters

I got some nootropics to try based on the recommendation of my son. His boss is a big fan of these. I previously only tried a nootropic coffee and I was definitely more productive and laser focused but it was a freebie given to me and I never bought more.
This one is called Alpha Brain and I looked up each ingredient - mainly Vit B6 but also all kinds of other stuff and it's all about focus, energy (no caffeine though), stress relief and relaxation, and a great one for me - inflammation reduction. I didn't feel anything lol. It's all healthy vitamins so I didn't worry about trying it.
My main reasons are my body physically feels tense (no mental stress though) and I do tend to think of a million things at once. Plus, reducing inflammation would be fantastic. So since it didn't work, if you have a different item you recommend let me know. Caffeine doesn't worry me, by the way.
FYI: Tomorrow's email goes out at 9 AM EST and if you need to see what limited PLR is left and see what big, discounted store bundles are available, go here.

Create a Monster
I saw a TikTok account the other day and it had a powerful video I noticed. This guy had "created a monster inside him" to do what he couldn't - lose tons of weight. He felt weak and hopeless. The monster he created was a beast who was ruthless against excuses, who was hardcore with sticking to the plan, etc.He was "afraid" of not doing what the monster wanted him to do, so he stuck to it. It was a neat concept.
I would love to know how to create that monster for my own weight loss journey. I do have her for the business. I am a MACHINE when it comes to work. I heard another guy in the gym the other day saying he wanted to "run his fitness program like he runs his multimillion dollar business." (He was overweight). It's SO true!
Some of us have drive like you can't even imagine with certain things. I am an excellent mom. I've raised the most amazing kids and they love me back and appreciate me. I have a stellar business. I am consistent and delivery quality.
But weight? Pfffft! Stick a donut in front of me and I fold like a cheap suit. No willpower whatsoever. As I try to figure out how to create the monster for my weight loss, you might be trying to figure out how to build one for your business.
All I can say is that my work monster simply takes over. Whenever I feel tired or lazy or even try to tell myself I don't know what to write, she smacks me upside the head and says, "Get out of my way." She takes over on autopilot. She knows what I'm saying is a lie about not knowing what to write. I know how to research. She also doesn't care if I'm tired or lazy. There's work to be done.
How did she come about? I think it was sink or swim. I had to support us because I was the only one making money. I wanted my kids to have a good education. Work was also a comfort in a way. If I was not busy, I would have had to interact with my now ex (who was abusive) more - shiver! I was glad to be busy all the time.
I would say there has to be enough desire but that's not true. It wasn't about "wanting it enough." I WANT to lose weight to have more time with my kids. But maybe it's something about comfort for me. The comfort of having money and taking care of my kids was a big draw. The comfort of being busy was soothing.
I don't feel comfort with giving up certain foods because the pain is not immediate. If I didn't have money and couldn't pay bills, I'd feel panic. If I overeat, those repercussions are in the future. I logically know they're there but I put it off. Big mistake. I'm working to overcome those. Trying to align it with my business. Build that monster to do what I can't.
Tiff :)
