New Limited FULL PLR eBook - Starting Point for Senior Affiliate Marketers; When Business Frightens You
Published: Fri, 09/16/22
I have to get some house cleaning done this weekend. I thought it was so sweet when we were in Austin, my son finished putting my daughter's cloud ceiling up in her room and he fully cleaned her entire room, did her laundry and decorated it for her. She'd been taking so long to do it so he just finished it so that when she returned, it would be a weight off.
I asked him why he did it and he said, "Because you used to do the same for us growing up." Awwww! My kids are going to be such great parents. I don't know many big brothers who would do that for their little sister.
FYI: Tomorrow's email goes out at 9 AM EST and if you need to see what limited PLR is left and see what big, discounted store bundles are available, go here.
Heads Up: I had big demand for the full eBooks in the "Starting Point for Seniors" listing so I'm going to do a series of them and the one below is the second in the series - theses will be FULL eBooks of 20+ pages as opposed to shorter lead magnet reports. They're put text, so you can add images or screen shots if you want to. Lots of meaty value in them.

What Part of This Business Frightens You the Most?
I was going to use the word intimidates but guess what? That word actually means someone frightens you in order to make you do what they want, sort of. So frightens is actually better.Whenever you're working on IM stuff, what areas make you feel that uneasy feeling in the pit of your stomach. It might be something like product launching and worrying that people won't like it or that a tech issues will pop up. Or maybe you worry about putting yourself out there as an expert.
You might get overwhelmed or anxious about the deadlines or competition. What is it for YOU?
I'll tell you mine. It's changed over the years - used to be imposter syndrome (going from "just" a ghostwriter to marketer, as if I wasn't qualified). Then it was tech stuff. Launching anything - a WSO, a PLR pack - I worried about it all. Webinar invites made me super nervous. So did having to say no to people about promoting for them or partnering with them.
Now, I'm an old pro at those issues (well, I'll never master tech stuff and I'm okay with that).
But now, what actually worries me is that I'll never find time to truly pursue my fiction business branch It's a normal business branch just like non fiction IM is. Self publishing, ads, social networking, list building - just writing stories instead of how to info.
But tapping into it is a creative process that takes more out of me. It's not something I feel comfortable with yet. That's why I'm forcing myself to go to the Vegas convention. I'll be meeting with Amazon industry people and other professionals. I think it'll help me see it's a business like any other (even though I know that) and if I can find time to perfect my craft, I'll be okay.
That's the hard part. And whenever I DO publish fiction, I get SO nervous even though I have an average of 4.5 stars with my previous genre. So I'm capable. But still nervous. I have that "I'm not worthy" feeling. Publishing fiction is competitive, and I know I always say competition is good, but I'm still scared! LOL
It's weird because things like networking - I have NO problem with Internet marketing networking. But networking with other writers? I'll faint like one of those frightened goats that tips over. LOL! I went to a luncheon here once with local bestselling authors - about a dozen of us. I was so scared I could barely speak. But they invited me to be part of a big publishing series (50 states - we each took a state and wrote a historical, clean mail order bride romance - since that's how part of the land was settled, and I got Texas of course). I was flattered.
And yet, it still terrifies me.
Nothing much scares me or intimidated me about my other business branches. But new things always either excite me (like a new social platform) or scare the bejeezus out of me.
How about you - what's your "monster?" hiding in the shadows making you nervous?
Tiff :)
