Unwind PLR Special; Y'all Got Honest Now Do Something About It
Published: Tue, 09/20/22
My first week of the 60 day challenge went very well! I lost a good amount of weight and even added some at home exercises on Thursdays to my routine. We have to do a weekly weigh in and I'm doing pics too so I can see the progress.
I have definitely been experiencing some mental shifts but it's odd - nothing major or forced. I just happened to notice little things. I don't try to talk myself out of eating right. I am starting to naturally make better choices. Small things like leaving cheese off of my sandwich since I didn't want or need it - it was habitual.
When my son offered a recovery day at the gym, I said no - let's go beast mode. Stuff like that coming out of my mouth almost shocks me. It's like I'm wondering, "Who are you?" Usually, I'd talk myself into overeating and having a relaxing gym day. Weird. I like it, though!
FYI: Tomorrow's email goes out at 9 AM EST and if you need to see what limited PLR is left and see what big, discounted store bundles are available, go here.

Y'all Got Honest Now Do Something About It
I asked my subscribers to let me know what they would do if they came into this career as a newbie today.Guess what? Y'all responded and gave such clear and precise answers. I saw some patterns and consistency was one of them.
Listen, you can beat yourself up for years about how you were on the wrong path or you can say, "Wow! I'm glad I had that breakthrough and spotted what I was doing wrong. As of today, I'm changing the way I do things."
PLAN your success. What does consistency look like? Is it a daily blog post or three times a week? Emailing weekly consistently? Creating a page or video of your upcoming course on a regular basis? Networking with 1 new marketer weekly or what?
Consistency can be kind of vague if you just toss that word out there. I was talking to my son (and personal trainer) about consistency the other day. I am FINALLY consistent with my gym habit. I am there rain or shine three days a week. I love seeing the gym empty on rainy days and knowing I showed up!
Same with work. I love seeing myself consistent with product creation and other marketing knowing I have such good work habits. I often joke that I want the same for my fiction career and weight but I'm never NOT working on that. (Getting consistency).
Sometimes you have to find what works for you. For the gym, I found I can't be consistent with anything before noon. I need to sleep in until 9 and wake up, take my time getting ready, etc. I haven't found a consistent fiction pattern yet but I will. I'll learn more at the Vegas conference, I hope. With my work, I consistently research, watch for hot topics and churn out content daily.
If I take a week long break, it's HARD to get back on track, so I understand your lack of commitment. But maybe tell yourself you'll be consistent for 5 days straight. Then set a new goal and keep expanding it - but be VERY specific about what that means, and do it in a way that won't overwhelm you, either.
Tiff :)
P.S. Prefer a weekly digest?
