I told my sons I want to try going to the driving range once a week or once every other week to see if my stamina has improved with my harder workouts and better nutrition. I could already tell a big difference between when I first went awhile back and this most recent time - I was able to walk a long way and carry everything up and down a big hill.
Sometimes doing things more often makes them easier, even if they're painful or difficult. So I have to make myself do it. I remember the first time I started training with my LPGA trainer. He had me show up and hit 1,000 balls at 5 AM (in the dark w/the lights on at his driving range, all by myself). Then I drove across town to walk two rounds of golf (36 holes - which was about 8-10 miles total) while carrying a golf bag, then I worked out at the gym.
I was exhausted that first day. But then I ended up getting acclimated to it and it became no big deal within weeks. Same thing happens in business. Tasks can frustrate me at first and then end up as no big deal.
FYI: Tomorrow's email goes out at 9 AM EST and if you need to see what limited PLR is left and see what big, discounted store bundles are available, go here.

Natural Versus Planned
I was looking at conversations online in groups on social media and I noticed how frantic some people get about planning their strategies and content. Some people are so rigid with it.I get that it's wise to have keywords and specific steps to use in your business but there's also something to be said for just doing things naturally.
Organically. Without plans. Without specific wording. Just casually doing whatever, in your gut, feels right.
As you get more comfortable in your own skin as a niche leader, you won't even have to sit and think about what to do, what words to use, etc. You'll know.
Past experience will remind you of what worked and what didn't - of those times when people responded to your emails in a positive or negative way, burning an impression on you of what you should or should not do to meet their needs.
Never hush your inner voice when it's trying to speak to you about what you should do. For example, if you find yourself excited about something and eager to share with your audience, don't hold back just because you were "supposed" to write about another keyword phrase that day or carry out another task.
Be flexible and listen to yourself.
Tiff :)
