New Limited PLR - Audience-Focused Content Creation; Giant Resell Rights Bundle; Don't Be Awkward

Published: Mon, 07/25/22

You know what's weird to me? How corporations are making everything look cookie cutter and boring. Think back to the older days when you went into a McDonalds. It was red and yellow and they had that fun playground with Hamburglar in it. The seats were hamburgers, too.

Now? It's a brown and gray building - a square box. Nothing unique about it. I noticed Disney took down the Tower of Terror sign on the way into the parks. The sign was fun because it showed an elevator moving like it was about to fall, etc. But they left the DVC sales sign up. Who is making all these boring, stuffy decisions? We need fun and silliness back in the world. I feel like I'm living in the movie It's a Wonderful Life and Mr. Potter has taken over everything.

FYI: Tomorrow's email goes out at 9 AM EST and if you need to see what limited PLR is left and see what big, discounted store bundles are available, go here.

Don't Be Awkward

I was thinking about something the other day when someone I barely ever have talked to messaged me asking why I unfriended them. I honestly don't even know. Half the time I forget because it's no big deal. I just kind of weed out the messages I like to see in my feed. It isn't personal (usually).

I was thinking, though - about how people will see a tip like "you should be networking" and then do it all wrong or awkwardly. For example, I remember long ago everyone knew to go to Warrior Forum and contribute/post to share your expertise and also showcase your signature file.

Then one day this newbie joined and when I saw he flooded the forum I mean he FLOODED it. I forget his name, which is ironic considering how much I saw posted from him. But he not only posted his own threads a ton - he commented on every single other thread, too.

It made everyone mad. All you saw was his stuff and he was new. It was cringy.

Sometimes, people will message me asking me to promote, then hammer me with 3-4 other messages asking if I've made my decision. Awkward! Don't do it. It'll only create a backlash (meaning for me, I'll just block the person).

It might be hard to understand, but no one is usually going to take time to teach you better. It's awkward to tell another adult, "Calm down!" Especially when you don't know them. It's also not my job to teach everyone online how to properly network when they do it wrong.

It reminds me of an overly hyper small dog. However, I do sometimes guide people when I know I can do it effectively and I get a feeling they want to learn and not just make a quick buck. I'll risk the awkward exchange of telling them, "Hey - don't continually message me. It's bad form - give me time to make a decision and that decision may be to silently bow out of your launch, but still don't pester me about it or about why I've chosen to go in that direction."

I've done my fair share of awkward things. I used to rant and be all emotional about business stuff. LOL! I don't know if it's age, experience or a combination of the two, but I don't bother putting forth that kind of energy anymore over stupid industry stuff happening. So you'll learn. When no one responds or you cringe at yourself (which is what I did lol), you'll figure out how to do things better and different.

Tiff :)
