Stretch Yourself Content Challenge 2022; Lead Your Exhausted Audience

Published: Tue, 08/09/22

I saw a saying on Facebook the other day that resonated with me and probably will with you, too. It said, "You often feel tired, not because you've done too much, but because you've done too little of what sparks a light in you."

I feel that! Whenever I'm working on things I don't care about, it drags me down physically. I get bored and sleepy and just want it to be over with. This is why it's so important to do what you enjoy - whether it's a niche or a business model. And it's also why I have multiple streams of income, so if I do get bored, I can switch gears and do something else.

My son (and personal trainer) had a talk w/me yesterday about how my life has changed from my 20s to 50s and we dug DEEP. Priorities, reasons "why" (for work and fitness) etc. I started a 30 day consistency challenge yesterday to work on the ONE thing plaguing me in fitness - consistently making progress rather than big swings. Sometimes, that requires finding what can spark my passion for it, just like in work.

FYI: Tomorrow's email goes out at 9 AM EST and if you need to see what limited PLR is left and see what big, discounted store bundles are available, go here.

Note: I don't know the seller but I was informed by him about his eCover template bundle (for both non fiction and fiction) and they do look very good and it's a cheap bundle. It also has a social media banner ad bundle, animated videos and some built in bonuses.

Lead Your Exhausted Audience

I was chatting with a subscriber the other day and we were just talking about how sometimes, depending on what's going on in the world or what you're dealing with in your personal life, it just seems overwhelming and depressing at times.

Something she said resonated with me. She basically said she looks to me to be brave because she doesn't have a lot of that right now and she's just exhausted.

It made me realize that whether you're a niche leader, an online acquaintance, a family member or even a stranger, you have the ability to be someone's bouy in rough waters.

And we all know how different things can affect other parts of our lives, too. I used to have to make videos for my followers after blow-up arguments with my abusive ex. Those were hard and years later some of you told me you could see the look on my face that didn't seem quite right (I was full of adrenaline and nervousness).

Sometimes I've had a rough day at work (years ago) and had to put a smile on my face for my family. Even today if I turn on the news, it can seem like a nightmarish situation and then you have to log off and try to be upbeat for your followers, your friends and family - and even yourself!

Even if no one says anything to you, know that your demeanor has the ability to lift people up when they need it. They might have several things going wrong at once and you're the only positive influence in their world - the only one saying something upbeat or even showing strength by plowing through tough times yourself.

Every niche audience needs to be motivated and inspired and it doesn't always have to relate directly to the niche topic, either.

Tiff :)
