New UNLimited PLR: Step-By-Step Lead Generating Process; Preventative Health PLR; Teaching Ethics

I'm hitting the gym this morning. Last week I worked out so hard I was sore all weekend - my entire upper torso. Unfortunately for my son, who is my trainer at my gym, he gets to hear me complain and whine about it. LOL!
All he tells me is: "Stretch, get your protein and take an Epsom salt bath!" so I don't get any pity or sympathy for my pain. Ha ha! He's too old for me to ground him (I don't do that anyway) so I have no recourse in this situation but to plow through the workouts. :) I do love it, though. And ever since we swapped out so Scarlett works out with her brothers, I'm doing harder stuff for myself.

The Right and Wrong Way to Teach Ethics and Things That Are Wrong
Someone mentioned to me in a reply this past week that they appreciated how I teach ethics or talk about things that need changing. When I was first starting out in Internet marketing, I was much younger, inexperienced, emotional with what I was enduring in my life at that time - and just stupid, okay?I remember ranting online whenever people would do something shady. It got lots of engagement and people cheered it on and said, "You go girl! Not many people will speak up about it," blah blah.
I ate it up.
What I thought was some sort of crusade I was on to "right" the industry was just immaturity and a waste of time. It's not my job to fix everything. It took me away from productivity.
I was thinking about this recently because as you know, I love going to Disney World. It's my relaxing, fun bubble with rides, good food, good music and resorts, and no bugs or rabble rousers (usually). So I love watching some of my favorite Disney vloggers on YouTube. Helps me plan future trips.
One of my favorites used to be a guy named Prince Charming Dev (now PC Dev). He used to work there and during the pandemic, he would go to Disney World and vlog about all the stuff with helpful trip planning advice, and so on. I was able to live vicariously through him while we all stayed at home. He was smiley and nice.
For some reason, he has made it his new mission to tell us everything wrong with Disney and if you look at his recent YouTube titles, it's stuff like: "PLEASE Don't Waste Your Money on..." or "Disney's Magic Kingdom Has Become Absolutely Unacceptable," or "This New Star Wars Coffee was so Disappointing..." or "Avoid Camping at Disney" or "I May Not Renew My Disney Annual Pass..." and so on.
I noticed lots of people cheering it on in the comments because they also refused to go now and were bitter about everything. So he would put out videos saying he wanted to go do other non-Disney stuff. While a Disney video might have garnered 80-100k views for a video for him - his latest non-Disney videos about staycations elsewhere or outdoor glamping are only getting 15-16k views.
Where are all those cheerleaders now? Nowhere to be seen because all they cared about was the negative hate about something they were also mad about.
Now, he's begun asking his subscribers why his views are down.
I suspect it's the fact that everyone else at home, stressed and overwhelmed, wishing they could take a vacation there (aka the quiet ones) want to see positive - or at least honest, without negative (that's possible, too). The rants just don't appeal to many - but they do appeal to fellow loud-mouth haters of whatever is being discussed. This applies to everything.
That's the same thing I experienced. I had people quietly unsubscribe back when I did rants often when I was young and stupid. When I started teaching and sharing what to do and not do in a more calm and informative manner, motivating and inspiring my list, it went over better and I didn't lose subscribers. I matured with my reactions and instead of needing that pat on the shoulder, I just focused on helping people learn.
I find myself watching more of Paging Mr. Morrow's channel these days. He's overly positive. But at this point in time, with so much wrong in the world it seems, I'll take it! I'll take the smiley, happy-go-lucky little fella who can still tell me the new Magic Band Plus isn't all it's cracked up to be, but with a smile and a positive aspect to the review over someone who rants that Disney is greedy (we know, we know) and that people shouldn't bother going.
My point is this...if you need to guide your followers through an ethical or etiquette situation, do it in a positive manner and not as some sour person who sounds like Eeyore. Nobody wants OR needs that right now. I feel bad for PC Dev. He has SO much potential, but like I did in the past, he hasn't gotten out of his own way. I hope he learns how eventually because he has a ton of good insider info to share.
In fact, I initially wrote a reply when he asked about why his views were down. But then I have seen him react in the past, deleting comments he doesn't like, etc., so I quietly deleted my reply and went about my business because it's not my job to teach him. He will learn by looking at his past videos and testing things out. Or, he won't.
Be a light to your people - not a cloud of doom and gloom.
Tiff :)
