We had SUCH a great Thanksgiving last night! My kids are the most grateful children. They're all helpful and they each took time to express how much they love and appreciate me. That made me feel good. We had a big meal and played a game with some gifts in it.
We were reminiscing about years ago when things were strapped and I couldn't really afford anything like advent gifts (all my money went to their school and someone else spent it on himself). Now I can splurge a bit on them and play fun gift games and stuff. But they never expect it.
