Whenever you want something done, the best way to get it done is obviously to do it yourself AND be a squeaky wheel. I spent my morning on the phone scouting for the first available appointments and I twisted the arm of the office manager to make sure I get in super early. I am one of those people who does not do well with the unknown, so I make sure to kindly get them to help me get in fast.
I go Monday for the first ultrasound to determine if it's something more serious. Then after that, if it is, a biopsy will take place in January. Crossing my fingers Monday's doctor says, "Pffft! This is nothing!" :) In the meantime, I'm back to the gym and loving working out. My son is pushing me to get back into my cardio and strength training since I missed due to the Vegas trip and then we got sick after.

New Limited PLR - Diet ClickBank Articles Limited PLR Pack
My latest limited to 50 buyers PLR is called Diet CB Articles Limited PLR Pack and this is a pack of 10 articles that specifically discuss the topics associated with the bestselling diet products on ClickBank, without naming them - this way, if the product discusses a strategy or general natural ingredient, you can either choose to promote that product or something else viable to your affiliate needs. These are very informative content pieces (check out the excerpt on the page)! So the article corresponding with one of the top products being sold would be about belly fat and body temperature as well as natural ways to raise your internal temperature to burn more fat using certain ingredients associated with it, like turmeric and ginger root, for example. You can then take the article and promote any course or product related to the topic of belly fat and natural fat burners and add your affiliate link to it. I will include a file of the products that I based my ideas and article slants off of for reference for you.
You can use these as individual articles or turn them into a report if you want to! And FYI, the add-on option is a bundle of existing ClickBank presell reports on weight loss taken from my store, if you want even more content. They, too are very versatile and you can extract whatever product is mentioned and replace it with something new.
These 10 articles (which total 4,157 words) cover the following topics:
- Raise Your Inner Temperature to Help Your Body Burn More Fat - 406 words
- How to Gain More Brown Body Fat to Help Burn the Bad Fat - 422 words
- Help Your Body Get Rid of Toxic Fat Known as Ceramides - 413 words

Coming Back Is Hard
It's weird - I've been seeing a trend among my friends (and I) behind the scenes. You have to be very careful about taking time off as an entrepreneur. This is especially something that affects the hardest workers.People who are consistent and who work a lot end up having a tougher time getting back in their routine.
I took off for Vegas for that writer's conference and then came home sick. I found it so hard to get back to work. I just didn't feel like it.
But I do it anyway. I have found myself working about every other day just to get myself back into the swing of things. Sometimes you have to ease into it and then you'll eventually be back at full speed.
For me, I'm also planning how to avoid this kind of burnout in 2023 because I'm adding a business branch consistently (fiction) to my company. So I have GOT to manage my time well and make sure I have DOWN time to eliminate this kind of struggle.
I see people burning out due to non work too. When you avoid work and productivity, you atrophy and then find it difficult to find that momentum you may have previously had.
Tiff :)
