New Limited PLR - Conducting a Customer Experience Analysis; Discover What Inspires - Free PLR

Published: Mon, 12/12/22

I'm pretty sure my little rescue doggies are going to lose their voice soon. We've been getting package deliveries (not just stuff I ordered but things my kids ordered for their gifts to others) and my dogs go berserk every time a UPS, Amazon or Fedex person shows up on our porch.

They also go nuts whenever we're coming and going. You can't really see Mandy on the far left, but she's also howling in this picture. It's so cute hearing them all howl in unison.

Daisy, the tiny puppy I adopted last year on the far right is now bigger than the others. They're all precious to us. I'm doing some "fill their stockings" donations (via their Amazon wish list) to the rescue shelter where I adopted the two tan colored dogs and the donations either go home with the newly adopted pet or (if they don't get adopted), they give them to the dog on Christmas. I can't go in person because it's too dangerous - I'd adopt a fifth one.

New Limited PLR - Conducting a Customer Experience Analysis

My latest limited to 50 buyers PLR is called Conducting a Customer Experience Analysis and this is a report that is based on a very important concept for business owners - especially online entrepreneurs. Customer experience is not the same as customer service, where you're responding to problems. This is a concept where you're going to preventative measures to block any obstacles the consumer may have in purchasing from you, getting on your list or taking some other action. Not only does this ensure that the customer wants to continue dealing with you in the future, but Google and other search engines now admit they factor in customer experience to some degree when considering where your site will rank in the SERPs. In fact, Forbes stated, "Customer experience is the new SEO."

This 5-page 2,123-word report covers the following:

- Is the Technical Process Functioning Properly?
- Polishing Your Customer Service Demeanor
- Checking the Quality of Your Products
- What's Your Follow Up Game?
- Catering to Their Needs After the Initial Purchase

End of Year Wrap Analysis

We talked about going through your upcoming year's goals in the last email. But now is also the time to take a look back. See what you did right and wrong.

I'm not one for lingering on the past and beating yourself up. What's done is done. Watched too much Netflix instead of working? Oh well. Do better in 2023. Let fear talk you out of producing products? Get over it. Make a commitment to release something in January to kick your own butt and start off on the right foot.

It IS helpful to at least see what you progressed with and what you felt held you back. It can be anything - your own mind, finances, a lack of ideas, your sleep schedule, people who are negative...and so on.

You have to see where you stand so you know which direction to go in and what types of changes you need to make.

I am a big time night owl. I don't necessarily want to change this, but I have decided that I work best when I go to bed around midnight or 1 AM and get up at 9. You have to know your sweet spots. Another thing I enjoy is finishing work early in the day, as I said before.

I know where I like to look for ideas for content (but I make it a point to always check out new resources). I like trying different types of launches, too - and slants.

What held me back? Stress. I stress about other peoples' stress, primarily. When a loved one is going through something, it's all I can think about. So self care and stress relief is going to be a BIG part of 2023 for me. Plenty of down time with a purpose (that's key). Just "not working" isn't enough.

I did some things right this year, too. I put myself out of my comfort zone and went to my first big writer's conference - in Vegas! I learned a lot. I also listened to my customers who wanted more limited PLR. I plan on making sure I have more UNlimited PLR, too. I have a schedule I'm working on for that because this year, I did too much of an imbalance.

It's all a learning process.

Tiff :)
