Intermittent Fasting Templates; Taking Care of Yourself as an Entrepreneur

I ordered my little doggies one of those dog bowls with the built in water bottle that makes sure they have plenty of water at all times. It looks like a miniature Sparkletts water office machine.
They were very suspicious of it but once one of them got brave enough to attempt a drink, the freaking thing did a huge batch of bubbles and sent all of the chihuahuas running for their lives. LOL! I was dying laughing. They keep sneaking up on it to steal a drink periodically and I hope they get used to it and aren't scared of it soon.
FYI: Tomorrow's email goes out at 9 AM EST and if you need to see what limited PLR is left and see what big, discounted store bundles are available, go here.

Taking Care of Yourself as an Entrepreneur
As a business owner, I've never worked as hard as I do now. When I worked for others, I showed up to get paid, period. But with my business, I care about every aspect of it.You learn so much about what's important and what's not. For example, a day or so ago I tried logging into my blog and it was down, as were all of my sites. I didn't panic. Just opened up the support chat and said, "Hey this is going on..." and in the meantime my daughter came out and asked what i was doing.
I told her my sites were all down and she gasped and said, "Oh my gosh, mama, I'm so sorry! Are you freaking out?" No. Years ago I would have. But now? I know it's not a big deal. It'll get worked out.
I've learned where to put my mental energy and it's certainly not worry and panic.
Same goes for my physical well-being. I don't like the way this career has us so IMmobile, so I go to the gym 3 days a week. I try to force myself to get enough sleep so I can be productive and thoughtful.
You have to take care of you before you take care of your subscribers. If you're not up to par, let them know. I do! I'll tell you if I don't want to send out a limited report or something because there's no shame in making sure you're at your best. Believe me, your subscribers want you to be at your best when you're creating products for them.
Tiff :)
