New Limited PLR: Gaining an Edge with Email Marketing; When Building a Business Is a Struggle
Published: Sun, 01/22/23
I started eating better today and boy is it a drag when you have to be tough on yourself. But I need to do it. I feel a bit sluggish, but that's fine because it means I'll go to bed early and sleep hard. Tomorrow it's back to the plumbing disaster so I'm hoping for good news!
We're expecting snow Tuesday and I was really hoping they'd have my stuff all fixed before then. Amazingly, I'm in a really good mood, though. Just energy-less for now. I'll take happy with no energy over panicked any day.

When Building a Business Is a Struggle
Henry Ford once said, "When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it."This has always baffled me with planes - how something that heavy can get off the ground, much less against the wind. And sometimes, when we think of things people have achieved in the face of adversity, it makes you wonder how they did it.
Having chatted back and forth with so many of you, I have heard a wide variety of obstacles people have encountered making this entrepreneurial journey a more difficult one.
From a mindset lacking in competitive confidence to trouble understanding something, bad habits you have to overcome and more.
I think there's another concept that ties into this, too. The one about being born with a silver spoon in your mouth. Those who are given an easy path often don't appreciate it or even learn all of the intricacies of being self-sufficient, compared to those who did have to go through the struggle personally and build something out of nothing.
This can happen in so many areas of our lives. When we're in a bad relationship, we appreciate small kindnesses everywhere. When we get past a health scare, we appreciate our bodies and care for them better. When we go through the complicated task of starting and building a business to profitability, we care for and appreciate everything - the relationships we have with subscribers and those we network with, etc.
So if you're struggling today, take a deep breath and understand that this is a moment in your journey, not a summary of the entire thing.
And when you do finally take off, you are going to soar!
Tiff :)
