New Limited PLR - 30 Minute Marketing Success System; Discouraged?

Published: Sun, 04/09/23

Happy Easter! For the first time ever we aren't doing a big Easter dinner. My middle son is still a tiny bit sick and my oldest has had a grueling schedule this week and I just wanted them to have some down time. I DID make them Easter baskets, though so they got those.

I spent my morning weeding my garden while the coffee was brewing. Dogs were doing zoomies all around. I did some stretches and leg exercises, too. Felt like a good way to start the day. This week I'm excited because I get to get off this medicine that is wrecking me for good AND I have new furniture being delivered and flooring being installed - no more dark blue carpet and dark brown couches - all light colors.

This is the design I went with - got a couch and loveseat and a Turkish rug with pillows that kind of match. I also got new end tables instead of the refurbished ones I painted when we first moved in here.

I'm definitely a person who prefers carpet but it just gets dirty in a few years and all the wetvac-ing in world can't fix it - so it'll be better with something easier to maintain.

I also got a lovely large indoor planter for my new avocado tree that apparently can't survive well in Texas winters. LOL! He's cute so I'll forgive him. The dogs are going nuts that we brought a tree into the house, though.

FYI: If you need to see what limited PLR is left and see what big, discounted store bundles are available, go here.

Reminders: Justin Popovic has a FREE PLR bundle this weekend that you'll want to pick up called Dream Big. Also, I thought Alice Seba's $1 Motivational PLR Graphics sale started Friday but it starts today.

Discouraged?

I've been in this business for 23 years now. Even to this day, there are times when I encounter days where I'm annoyed, flustered, feeling overwhelmed, defeated, etc. Whether someone is stealing my product or I can't understand a technical issue - one thing is consistent - I keep going forward.

Things always work themselves out. Even if the outcome isn't exactly what I wanted (like a repeat thief getting a mere 30 day vendor only ban), or I give up on a tech issue and have to find a workaround - even on those moments, I STILL wouldn't trade this job for an office one.

I hated the corporate world.

And I want to keep leveling up and dreaming - and you should, too. I am still working on fiction all these years later because I kept putting it off.

I wrote an entire book a year or so ago and was disappointed in it, so I never promoted it. I know how it feels for you to pour your heart, soul and time (sometimes money, too) into something and see it flop.

You start feeling like you're not good enough, you can't be competitive with what's already out there, and it feels easier and less hurtful to quit instead of power through or find a different way to do things.

These feelings that you are going through during these moments are temporary roadblocks. It's not an indicator of what you're capable of. I know that I'm capable of writing a decent book, even if my last one was a hot mess.

The only thing that's going to set you apart from those who truly do fail is whether or not you are willing to quit on yourself when you have those frustrating days and things don't go as you wanted them to. This is a journey of growth, and you have to take all of these instances that happen as an opportunity to make changes in your business.

When I was not met with the outcome that I thought was fair on Warrior Plus when someone took my content and sold it as their own (which wasn't their first instance of this), and he was only given a 30 day ban as a vendor and could still use the platform as an affiliate and in the future as a vendor, I decided to use a different platform for most of my products.

It's actually easier for me to use Warrior Plus than it is for me to use Thrivecart. There are a few more steps, and it's not quite as convenient as using their platform. However, I do save a lot in fees and it's a personal ethics issue that I feel is worth the additional work and effort. I will still need to conduct open, major launches there because I don't want to have those on Thrivecart, but all of my limited PLR is now off of their site.

Sometimes you have to stand up for what you believe in, even if it means more work for you. Things aren't always fair or easy. I envy people who have endless technical skills, but I know that I have writing skills that are competitive at least.

One thing you have to remember is that your journey is not going to be like anyone else's. They might have it easier than you. You just have to stay in your own lane and focus on what strengths you have that you can use to your advantage as an online entrepreneur. Trying to be a copycat of someone else never works.

The discouragement that you feel from time to time might be about one specific thing, such as how much money you haven't made yet. That's why it's important that you have other things that you can build yourself up with, such as the pride you take in your work or your ethics that will ensure you are doing something good in the marketplace.

Tiff :)
