I'm trying to make myself go to sleep super early and the dogs are not having it. Early for me means before 4-5 AM. I have to get up at 8, so I'm trying to get a good 9 or more hours of sleep. I fasted all day yesterday because I want her to do all the workups and I don't want her saying, "Oh you should've fasted."

Being the coffee fiend that I am, I plan to brew my coffee and put it super hot in my Yeti and take it with me so I can have it after my appointment on the way home. It's a trek from where I live. Then we're going to do some fun Christmas shopping for stocking stuffers, etc. Also plan to pick up some Soul Man BBQ - oh my gosh, do they have that where you live? Incredibly good. Even better after fasting. LOL
