Happy Thanksgiving!

I just wanted to wish everyone (American or not) a happy Thanksgiving.
What a wonderful holiday to have a whole day where the focus is gratitude. I certainly don't think we do that enough.
I usually spend some time today reflecting and also looking forward.
This year has been a mixture of blessings and struggles. I'm so grateful to have gotten through the scary times (health scare) with the support of my friends (including y'all) and family. I'm thankful it turned out to be nothing serious.
I'm always grateful for the support of my subscribers - and I don't mean that just from a business perspective. I mean I love the camaraderie with y'all. You email me stories about your own journey, recipes, congratulations when I share something I'm proud of like my fiction feedback - it's very treasured by me to have your friendship. I know some of you have been on my list since 2006. That's incredible. You've seen my kids grow up!
We have just 39 days until the new year begins. I look forward to learning and sharing more, to integrating more fiction into my business models, and traveling less so I can focus more.
I know many of you have shared some heart-wrenching things that have happened this year, and some have shared some amazing things, too.
I hope you have many more days of bliss in store and that you know there's a friend at the other end of this email who is more than willing to support you with answers to questions if I have them.
Happy Thanksgiving and I hope today is relaxing and enjoyable for all.
