I started that fat mimicking diet today. After just not having my morning coffee and sugary stuff, my inflammation is already mostly gone. So annoying. I wish sugar could be good for you. It's rainy and cozy today, so I was quite the slacker except for doing a couple of things. I have a new 52 weeks PLR coming but I'll have to work on it later.
