Well I lasted one and a half days on that fast mimicking diet. LOL! Someone tell me WHY it was harder to do that than an alternate day fast where you don't eat anything? I don't know, but I felt horrible on it and when I don't eat anything I felt way better. Strange. I'm still doing my Mediterranean meals anyway, just wanted to test it out.
