New Limit 50 PLR: Hooks and Angles in Emails with AI; Money in Mowing

Published: Sun, 03/10/24

Have y'all seen those AI tools that promise to make a headshot of you? Well here I am thinking, "Oh, okay - I'll upload the six real pictures of me and pay $3.99 for AI headshots that look professional so I can use them on my fiction author pages."

Um ... bless its robotic little heart. It took my pictures and made me look thin with perfect hair and skin. LOL! I can't use these! Imagine I use these on my author business and someday have a book signing and the REAL me walks in. Ha ha! I think it's so funny that people use these unrealistic images in their business. It's an obvious fake. I WISH I looked like that!

I was up early taking my son and his friend to the airport for his trip to Colorado. I'll be in worry mode for a week. My other son went a year or so ago and had altitude sickness, so I hope this son fares better in that regard (and stays away from bears and mountain lions).

Oh! Someone said Nicole Dean's link wasn't working yesterday - I found out they're moving servers so it's working now here: How to Write a Book PLR.

Below, you'll find today's new PLR and also a Money in Mowing (and other mundane tasks) section for marketers looking for more ways to make money online. I'll be doing more of the Love Cash review tomorrow.

New Limit 50 PLR: Hooks and Angles in Emails with AI

My latest limited to 50 buyers PLR is called Hooks and Angles in Emails with AI. This is a report discussing a concept that evades many newer marketers - the importance of a good angle and a captivating hook and how AI can help you with them. This is especially true in email marketing, where open rates and relevancy can impact the success of your efforts. You can even write all of the content yourself, if you're not the kind of person who wants to use artificial intelligence verbatim - because it can guide you in what to consider for your options for the right segment and niche demographic if you want the best results.

This 6-page, 2,655-word PLR covers the following:

- Emails Are More Effective with a Specific Angle
- Using AI to Get an Angle That Will Convert for You
- Have AI Create a Hook That Captivates Your Audience
- Making the Most of Your AI Email Components

** This PLR comes in both Word and TXT formats

Money in Mowing

This is just a little slice of Internet income talk here. One thing that fascinates me is that many people (myself included) like to watch things online that are mesmerizing but of very little substance.

They're often time lapse videos (sped up so you can see a big project from start to finish) and this might be something like cleaning a house, decorating a cake, pet grooming from a floofy hairball to an adorable puppers - or even...lawn mowing!

I don't know how many on my list have watched SB Mowing but they're wildly popular online. This young man from Wichita, Kansas basically saw a need to help people who couldn't mow their lawns for free. So he's driving along, sees an overgrown lawn or property and knocks on the door offering to do it for free. Maybe they can't afford a mower, are unhealthy, or whatever.

Sometimes he fixes up a property that no one agrees to for the sake of the neighbors. Like if no one answers, he just cleans it up. His motto is: "Where the joy of lawn care meets the heart of community service."

He records the before, after and during in a time lapse. Then he publishes them on YouTube, TikTok and elsewhere. Someone was breaking down his TikTok earnings from a month or so ago and he had uploaded 10 videos and earned $15,900 for that month.

For mowing someone's lawn.

And that's JUST the TikTok earnings - doesn't include YouTube and elsewhere. He has 8.3 million followers on TikTok. His videos get anywhere from 130,000 views to 6 million views. If you scroll through the might average about 2-10 million for most, but some explode and some aren't as heavy.

A lawn company even gifted him really good equipment because who wouldn't want their brand on those videos? In fact if you Google SB Mowing, the Google questions are: "What kind of mower does SB Mowing Use?" and : What leaf blower does SB Mowing use?" Smart branding to gift it!

On YouTube, he has two channels - SB Mowing and SB Pressure Washing. The mowing channel has 1.89 subscribers and the pressure washing has almost 400,000.

These types of videos - watching repetitive, boring content, are oddly satisfying. I saw one last night that was some lady who used a large paintbrush to make abstract swaths of paint on a sheet of paper. Then she drew by hand tiny designs all patterned within them. I was mesmerized.

The cleaning videos - there's this lady who cleans hoarder homes for free. It's hypnotic. Her TikTok channel is Aurikatariina and she has 10.9 million followers and her videos get millions of views too. Her YouTube channel has 3.81 million subscribers.

Both of these people (and many more) do free things - good community stuff and make a lot of money doing it. There's also other stuff like car detailing that people love watching.

Just something to think about. There are tons of these boring, repetitive yet productive channels that cash in on their tasks. You could even start a business where you pay someone to do the work (an employee), but record it in time lapse and start your channel with it.

Tiff ;)
