How is your 2024 going so far? Sometimes, I tend to start off strong week 1, then slack off and usually I slack off permanently on my other goals but this time I seem to be staying strong. Having some downloadable/printable trackers is helping me actually.
That and I ordered a big pack of those dehydrated miracle berries. If you've never had them they're fun (people throw tasting parties for them). You eat one and let it roll around your tongue and for about 15 minutes, it changes anything sour to a sweet candy taste. So grapefruit, lemons, strawberries, even sour cream or Greek yogurt are all sweet. It's helping me with my sweet tooth.
