I'm in such a happy mood! I'm cooking one of my oldest son's favorite meals - it's such a neat recipe from my Southern Living cookbook. I'll share it below. I didn't think we'd like it but my entire family loves it. 

I also confirmed our trip (me and Scarlett) for Disney World. Some people don't understand why adults like it but it's a fully safe atmosphere (no crime in there, no bugs either). They pipe soft happy music throughout, scents of good food wafting everywhere. 

People are happy. It's nostalgic. We ride rides and eat at restaurants. But mainly, it means no news, no work and no toxic mom to worry about popping up in my mailbox.
