I sure am proud of my son, Shawn. I asked him to get me some scratch off lottery tickets today and when he went to get them in the machine, someone had accidentally left theirs in the machine and they weren't scratched off or anything. 

Most people would just take them. He didn't. He left them for the person in case they came back. ❤️ It wasn't even a consideration for him. There's a guy on soial media who drops envelopes of money behind people and then picks it up and asks if it's theirs and 9 out of 10 people say, "Oh yeah thanks" and take the money. 😢

I was digging into some research about AI (chatbots in particular) and looking at social comments and realized there is a LOT of money for driven entrepreneurs to make to help businesses set these up. 

For example, in the news I read about a reverend at an Episcopal church who created a chatbot for his congregation in case they need to craft a prayer or get advice during off hours. And it's trained on their own teachings, not random web stuff. I also saw a lawyer in a FB group wanting to know how to set it up for clients to get basic answers on her site and ultimately, get them to book a meeting with her. 

You could set up custom AI chatbots with their own FAQ or trainings tailored to their needs. Here's what I would do. I would take something like lawyers and create a dummy law site to showcase an example. I'd train it (let's say it's a divorce lawyer in a specific state). So when a prospective client landed, it would engage them, offer empathy and good guidance and sway them with a CTA to set up a meeting. 

Then create ads and promotions to lawyers showing them how the competition is using AI to nurture the needs of their clients while they're drowning in work trying to get back to people and end up missing out on client engagement.

I'm sure other places would use this technology, too - restaurants (do you have a gluten free menu? Yes, here it is...link. Can we set up a reservation for you?), doctors and dentists offices, mechanics, car dealerships, bakeries, CPAs, salons/spas, etc. And of course, churches! Maybe even educators communicating with parents during off hours.
