How is your weekend going? Today is my big planning day for the week. I love a relaxing Sunday, and to me, a cup of coffee, my kids and doggies and some planning is what I love. 

I had a super productive week last week and this weekend I made a pot of 15 bean soup to eat throughout the upcoming week so I don't have to cook. Just beans and fruit. LOL!
