I was so bad this weekend! I had taken off Thursday thinking I would do fiction Friday and Saturday but did I? No! I took more time off. I was deep diving nutritional information. Like really learning what types of food do what to our bodies and blood sugar as we eat them, in certain orders, etc. I ordered a book on it, too.
I was learning and applying and I've lost weight already. But after
researching, I was too tired to write fiction, so I ended up getting my sleep schedule all fixed - going to bed around 10:30 PM and getting up earlier. I guess I'll try to get back on track this week.
I'm finishing up a mammoth PLR bundle today that should launch at midnight, but in the meantime...
