Hi !
Tons to talk about today! It's been an amazing day. I don't know why. Nothing major happened, just content and driven feeling. My son is coming home tomorrow from his trip and I can't wait. Below the new PLR I created below, there's a new post about the food stuff I'm doing - and FYI for you Kindling 2.0 people - I'm starting
content tonight and I'll be in touch soon with a password.
Ending in 24 Hours: The limited PLR called Marketing with Memes for More Profit ends at midnight. I used the advice to create a Chuck Norris meme and posted it to FB and it got a lot of
laughs.
Check This Out: Charles Harper has a Home Education Masterclass PLR bundle out. I LOVE the idea of this one. It's about the principles for teaching life skills to kids, teens and young adults. Charles was a boarding houseparent for 13 years and his wife has homeschooled, too. So he
personally knows this topic inside and out.

Food Stuff for Those Following Along
I was talking to my friend in Singapore about Oreos and how at my local store
it has 143 Oreo products listed. His store has maybe 1-2 max. It's crazy. Today, I got to try some of my new foods.

The idea is to eat unprocessed as much as possible,
organic, grassfed, pasture-raised, etc. I am a hardcore sugar addict.
I got emails from so many of you in the same boat - sugar addicted, ashamed, some already suffering from diseases like diabetes, etc. We don't have to accept it. I'm in fighter mode. I'm fueled by anger at how sneaky the food industry is.
So today I had my coffee. If you're like me, you like
it with lots of milk and sugar. Well using the Organics Columbian Breakfast Blend with Organic Valley grassfed whole milk, I'm able to signifiantly reduce my sugar intake. Those two make it sweet and I'm going to test tomorrow morning to see if I can eliminate sugar. If not, I'm going to try my new
organic date powder. (That's the one I got and it tastes sweet but not sugar sweet so we'll
see). The milk? It lasts until the end of October. Why does my unhealthy milk expire in days? Gross.
I decided to eat in an 8 hour window each day, have 2 meals and be as healthy as possible. My breakfast will always be bigger than dinner.
For breakfast I had 4 pasture-raised eggs (such beautiful yellow yolk, which I found out means more nutrients!). I also had 15 lupini peas from Italy, 2 Brazil nuts,
greek yogurt (gross until you drizzle a tiny bit of pure maple syrup then it's like a dessert) and berries. I also read about how healthy organic sourdough is for the gut, so I had a piece of that toast and the one bad thing was the tablespoon of grape jelly. I'll find a healthy one later. I also had 3 walnuts that came at the end of my breakfast. I got
these. I think it's fascinating that
you're not supposed to eat too many of those or the Barzil nuts.
For dinner, I decided on a baby arugula salad with a vine tomato, a mini cucumber, and more lupini beans (I got a
variety pack of flavors). These beans have 4g protein, 35 calories and 0 net carbs. For my dressing I put 1 tablespoon (only used half of
that) of Mother Raw - Organic Mediterranean Style Dressing & Marinade. It's interesting in flavor - made with: Filtered Water, Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, Sundried Tomatoes, Minced Garlic, Kalamata Olives,Minced Onion, Oregano, Red Bell Pepper, Black Pepper, Dill, Parsley, and Basil - all organic.
My dessert was AMAZING. See the little white plate next to my salad? I took a
Medjool date and pitted it then cut it in half. I put 1 tsp of grassfed butter split up on each half and warmed it for 15 seconds in the microwave. It made the date creamy and buttery. I can't eat them on their own all tough and chewy. The little chocolate bar beside it is the Mama Honey bar I told you about before. SO good if you're a sugarholic as I am.
I also got
these organic chia seeds and I put a tsp in a glass of water and put them in the fridge for tomorrow. Never eat them raw. They have to soak or they expand in your tummy (or worse, your throat). These you eat about 30 minutes before your meal - it's packed with fiber, protein and omega-3s.
And guess what!? I didn't have a Coke with dinner! I always have a Coke.
Always. I didn't need it. Didn't crave it. Just drank water. I already noticed inflammation down in my hands. I was more active today. Just with 2 days of better eating.
I also noticed that instead of feeling deprived and annoyed at "dieting," I felt empowered and strong that I was in control. No deprivation whatsoever. That's huge for me.
Hope
this helps those who need it!
Tiff ;)
