Hi !
I put in another Sprouts order. I love that Scarlett and I are both full-on doing the healthy unprocessed (or healthy processed) meals now. More on that at the end. My son came home from his trip today - very happy I don't have to worry now.
Scarlett cracked me up because I was contemplating decorating for Fall (which in my house means Christmas, let me be honest) and she said, "Oh! I'm in
a Fall mood. Maybe I'll watch Children of the Corn." I started laughing because I had shown her the trailer and said how terrified we were as kids of that movie (and things like Jaws) and she thinks it's hilarious. I asked her how that movie connected to Fall and she said, "It has corn in it." 😂

New 48 Hour Limit PLR: Break Free from a Processed Food Addiction (Ends at 12 AM CST on 09/05/2024)
My latest limited to buyers in a 48 hour timeframe PLR is called Break Free from a Processed Food Addiction. This is a report that opens people's eyes to the problem with the processed food industry. That doesn't just mean middle aisles with packaged food, either. Even produce can be processed with pesticides and coatings designed to make it last longer. Not only are people addicted to processed foods by intention (from the industry),
but even when they try to break away and eat a granola bar instead of a pack of Oreos, they're tricked into thinking it's healthy, when most of them aren't. They continue poisoning their body with toxins, chemicals and other things that cause problems and contribute to disease. This shows them how to get informed and empowered to be protective over their nutrition without suffering from feelings of deprivation.
This 7-page,
3,036-word PLR includes:
- Food Addiction Is Not What You Think
- Processed Foods Are Keeping You Sick and Making You Sicker
- Even with So-Called Healthy Food, Your Struggle Continues
- Detoxing from Processed Foods and Replacing Them with Truly Healthy Ones
** This PLR comes in both Word and TXT formats

Food Update Stuff
Well I was so angry at having my eyes opened that I did a PLR on the topic today. LOL! I also ordered from Sprouts again. I
am 2 pounds down. Inflammation still slightly there but not much. NO CRAVINGS.
This is big. I don't have mental or physical cravings. No headaches still. So I tested out the date powder for sugar today and it didn't do anything for me. But before I did that, I tasted my coffee with just the milk and coffee and I fully believe I can wean off onto just that soon. Maybe days from now. Then slowly lower milk until it's black.
The date powder didn't even seem to have any taste in my coffee, so I had to use 1 tsp of sugar. But much better than before! I made breakfast - the thing that sucks is the blueberries and blackberries mold quickly as organic. I ordered more today.
So everything listed is organic, grassfed, pasture-raised, etc... My breakfast was some blackberries and strawberries, a tbls
pure maple syrup in some greek yogurt (2/3 cup). I had 3 walnuts, 2 Brazil nuts, a piece of sourdough w/1 tbls jelly again (haven't gotten a healthy version yet). I scrambled 2 eggs and had 1/4 of an avocado.
I also drank the tsp of chia seeds. I didn't notice a fullness difference from that but it did give me some fiber and protein. For dinner I had another salad like yesterday but I added a 1/4 avocado and some reverse seared
Angus sirloin steak (not a fan - chewier than filet).
My dessert was the same as yesterday, too - the date warmed up w/a smidge of butter and 1/3 of a Honey Mama chocolate bar.
I also learned that there is European yogurt, not just Greek yogurt. But it lacks the same protein as the Greek one and had more calories. (My shopper delivery guy almost got the wrong one
so that's how I learned). It's supposed to be creamier and tasier than Greek though.
I feel like this is not just doable for weight loss, but for life. It'll suck going to Disney though. I don't want to have to be persnickety about organic and grassfed everything so I'll probably end up feeling gross after. But maybe I'll do much better than I used to do there.
Tiff :)
