Hi
Who's 6.9 pounds down today? This girl! Right here. Me. Soooo excited. Still no cravings (knock on wood). Y'all are really engaging with the food portion of my emails and the health journey - lots of emails coming in and I love it. More on that topic at the bottom. Today's new PLR is below but a couple of things to discuss first...
Yesterday, I tested something new w/PLR. Instead of doing one
bundle of a full funnel, I paired (as main product w/add on) an eBook with a bundle of templates, a lead magnet with an email series, and a set of blog posts with another lead magnet. How did y'all like that? They all converted really high (we're talking 30-49%). Always let me know what topics or TYPE of content you need. I think it helps being able to purchase piecemeal.
For My Kindling 2.0ers: You should have your password now (if not email me your proof of purchase) and there is another post here. SO many of you are in this - I am excited that we're building a community of people and I can't wait to
see (and BE) one of the success stories.
Quick FYI: JR Lang has a New Beginnings PLR on sale about moving on after a major loss. Justin at Tools for Motivation has a deal until tomorrow night on Transform Your Life with NLP Course - PLR. Michelle Farmer has a new Sourdough Baking PLR (I love sourdough now that I've tasted it and know the health benefits)! And Charles Harper has a new Job Layoff Survival Guide PLR bundle.

Food Update
So yeah, 6.9 pounds down? And no feelings of deprivation - so unusual for me. Shawn went to the store and made some more food swaps for us. I tossed out
my normal rice and grape jelly and got organic, clean ingredients instead.
I wanted to test some other foods than eggs (LOL) so I got some organic pasta sauce with
chickpea pasta (good protein).
Okay I'm going to quit saying organic because it's all organic, okay? I also got some colby jack, lentil soup and these cool Italian ice like things from DeeBees Organics that are just fruit juice icy cups made with no refined sugar, artificial colors, additives or
pesticides. Read the ingredients - I got the grape berry ones to try.
Today's meals were: My new healthy coffee with about 2/3 c Greek yogurt with berries, walnuts and maple syrup for breakfast (and 2 Brazil nuts) - and for dinner, I had Amy's low sodium organic lentil soup with a sourdough and colbyjack grilled cheese with an egg on it and a side of a vine tomato with lupini beans for fiber. For dessert I had the Italian ice -
so yummy - tasted just like grapefruit juice.
I'm still sticking to my 8 hour window, so after dessert I am done for the day and no cravings to fight off like I used to have. That grilled cheese was incredible.
I thought I'd fill you in on the two specific supplements I take for insulin and sugar cravings, since I think those are helping in addition to the food
swaps I've made. Neither are expensive and I'm not having any negative side effects from them.
I don't have insulin problems but this helps prevent them. Awhile back I'd bought 200 mg of Berberine and it didn't have any effect on me. So I got a different brand that's wild harvested and 97% tested for purity. It's called Toniq Berberine: Ultra High
Purity. I take one before each of my 2 meals.
On the flip side, in 2023, I got 800 mcg of chromium picolinate and I didn't like how it made me feel. I had gotten it because I remember years ago taking it on my doctor's advice for sugar cravings. So I threw those aways awhile back and this time I got the 200 mcg Chromium
Picolinate and it works fantastic with no side effects. I take one before each meal.
I'm reading that book called The Pleasure Trap and it's eye opening about human behaviors and why we get slowly pulled into addictive behavior based on immediate gratification (fast food, convenience food, taste) and ingredients. I think most people don't know they're being controlled or shrug it off as if it is what it is and
they have no control over it.
But I'm finding we DO have control. I thought it was sweet - my son, when shopping, spent time carefully selecting an organic coffee for me. It takes longer to shop, look at ingredients and look stuff up - but once you know what's good, it'll be a breeze replacing it every shopping trip.
With everything I'm learning, I can't see me
ever loosely enjoying toxic, high processed food again. It'll always be in the back of my mind that I'm willingly being poisoned - just with a slow death so the pharmaceutical industry can get their bag of money before it happens. Yes, there is good medicine. But no one can deny the greed and corruption in the industry, too. I'll no longer be a willing participant in their grotesque experiment for monetary gain.
Tiff
