Hi
My oldest son surprised me with a visit today, so that started my day off perfect! He had a cup of my new organic coffee with me and said it was delicious. I've been doing SO great on this unprocessed health kick - my inflammation is significantly down (almost gone) today. Very happy and so are my kids.
If you didn't open yesterday's email, make sure you grab your FREE PLR - download it here for NO COST. It's a 3-page, 1,320 article.
You have 24 hours left to get the Civil Unrest
BOB PLR. The add on option is a new Gray Man Tactics PLR.
Kindling 2.0ers - your 7th post is ready and I share a cool
short story I created using a hybrid of what I'm selling below and Geoff's lesson - it turned out so cool! You'll want to check out today's PLR because you might want it for yourself (especially the add on - these are amazing and you can feed it into AI when working with it).
52 Self-Publishing Fiction Genre Q&A Articles - AI Assisted PLR (Just $10 - Under $0.09/Page)
This is a bundle of content called 52 Self-Publishing Fiction Genre Q&A Articles - AI Assisted PLR. I researched topics and worked with AI to come up with the outline of what went into it before having it deliver what I wanted. I played a heavy role in initiating what went into it. You can see an excerpt on
the sales page.
This is something that I can price much cheaper, under $0.09 per page rather than $2 per page for the limited PLR. This PLR will not be limited in quantity, and you can do the same things with it - edit it, put your name on it, etc. Use the content in different ways if you want to compile them and use it as a lead magnet or info product, use them as individual emails, blog posts or social content.
I work a lot with people (includng online entrepreneurs) wanting to get into self-publishing. I also have numerous friends making six and seven figures as self-published fiction authors on Kindle and elsewhere. There are many questions about this career path, many of which start out as genre-specific questions. That's usually where people find themselves frozen - deciding which genre to go into. This bundle of articles asks and answers the most common
questions so your audience can get ready to dive in and build their own fiction empire. This educates your readers so they better understand all of the intricacies about selecting a genre (and why). It spells out how to succeed in them with proper plots, pacing and more.
Exclusive Add-On Option: I have an add-on offer (the place where you go to the out page and there's an option to add something on by checking a box)
that is exclusively offered to buyers who get the main product. In other words, this PLR will never be available publicly. It's only available as an add-on option. This is limited only to those who buy the 52 Self-Publishing Fiction Genre Q&A Articles. You won't be able to get it later - only at the time of checkout. It's a bundle of 12 Genre Cheat Sheet Summaries for Fiction Authors that cover: sub-genres, character archetypes, worldbuilding, conflict and stakes, reader
expectations, book length common tropes, plot structure tips, pacing, tone and style, dialogue and language, romantic and platonic relationships, themes and symbolism, market trends, cover design and branding. Details are on this sales page.

Food Journey
My weight is just sitting there stuck but it's weird because I'm "deflating." My stomach is going down, my fingers aren't inflammed. I feel like it will woosh and drop soon but my body is like, "Are we sure about this?" 😂 Meals are averging about 1300-1450 calories, always under 150 net carbs (today's was 87). Plenty of fiber. I have my goal set to
1,800 (less than my BMR) but I haven't wanted anywhere near that number.
Today I kept it simple. My go to yogurt with the bean burritos - everything organic and grassfed. I added a tomato, too. Scarlett had a burrito too and she gave it a 10/10. I hate that she seems almost guilty if she has something processed.
I keep reassuring her that I'm not judging and she's doing much better. I'm still going to have what I want when I want it if the urge is strong, but I STILL have not a single craving. Incredible. The only problem is, I'm bad about forgetting to take my berberine and chromium
before dinner. I take it like clockwork before breakfast and sometimes I forget later. But yet still no cravings.
I sometimes find it hard to drink the chia seeds. This time they had so much water in them that I only put part of it in my yogurt and the rest I just drank. I wish you could just sprinkle them raw but that's a disaster waiting to happen for someone who has been hospitalized for a blockage due to scar tissue (hernia
as a child) before.
I'm also surprised at how easy it feels to eat much less than what I used to. I used to think I was being weight conscious when I'd have a toaster strudel with boiled eggs. LOL! Imagine. Process junk. Then I'd have a big fast food meal with a Coke and candy, a dinner about the same and snacking on candy and junk all day.
Now, I see what I ate
above and how I feel totally satisfied and it just shocks me. I never will go back to that old way of eating. Even at Disney I can't see myself gorging. Just a taste here and there of some neat treats and I still plan on eating fairly smart whenever possilbe.
I am SO thrilled to think that I might be down a lot by then. We go in February, about 5 months from now. Even if I only lost 2 pounds per week, that's 40 pounds less! What
a different tripe that will be. I remember going to NYC and I was 45 pounds less than I am now and that was great. My knee hurt, but I was energetic and walking a lot anyway.
I do feel like I'm running out of food ideas, though. I don't eat pork or seafood and I love vegetables. I might make some veggie dinners and leave off the meat. I get bored of meat.
That's
it for me for tonight - have a great week coming up!
Tiff ;)
