Hi
My weight dropped again and I think it's thanks to consistency and one small habit change. More about that below... On another note, I decided to go into Christmas mode today (early, yes).
My kids laughed because they know it'd be Christmas here 24/7/365 if I could. My sweet Shawn even went right away without me asking to get a new battery for my indoor light remote and had my lights ready
for me soon after I mentioned it. I have a Christmas YouTube channel playing instrumental Christmas music with a cozy fireplace, tree and snowy window scene. It's glorious! LOL. I need it.
Kindling 2.0ers - lesson 9 is ready on my blog along with what I promised yesterday for an explanation of how I got
a great idea and outline. By the way someone asked if my PLR is related to Geoff's course - it is not. It's my own thing with AI. So don't expect it to be an extension of that. It's a good supplement, though.
Launching Today: Unsure of exact timing, but Lynette Chandler's new PLR called Adversity: Overcome with Strength & Grace is going live today. Charles Harper's Midjourney Playbook Volume Two PLR went live already. I have some exclusive bonuses coming up in a day or two so stay tuned!
New 48 Hour Limit PLR: Retirement Fiction: Write, Publish, and Earn (Ends at 12 AM CST on 09/14/2024)
My latest limited to buyers in a 48 hour timeframe PLR is called Retirement Fiction: Write, Publish, and Earn. This is a report
that is geared to seniors who want to earn money in their retirement. Some may still be working and hope to retire (but can't afford to). Others may be retired and still barely eking by with minimal resources to sustain their simple lifestyle. Just about everyone has thought they have a story to tell or would love to write fiction, but don't feel confident in it. This is a business model seniors can do with zero upfront investment and they can use AI (a free tool), Canva (another free tool) and
Reedsy (another free one) to help them get set up to earn. AI can help with ideas, writing, and publishing tips as well as the promotional aspect of making sales through social content and even reinvestments with ads. In this guide, it helps them see what's possible (and how to make it work for them). As a reminder, Laura Ingalls Wilder was in her 60s when she published Little House on the Prairie - and many other senior fiction authors have achieved their publishing success goals later in life.
Exclusive $5 Add-On Option: I worked with AI to create an add-on offer (the place where you go to the check out page and there's an option to add something on by checking a box) that is exclusively offered to buyers who get the main product. In other words, this PLR will never be available publicly. It's only available as an add-on option. This is limited only to those who buy the
Retirement Fiction: Write, Publish, and Earn PLR. You won't be able to get it later - only at the time of checkout. It's a report called The Ultimate Senior Fiction AI Prompt Guide - an AI-created prompt resource that covers every stage of the senior author journey. From knowing their readers to ideas and brainstorming - creating the books and marketing them afterwards, this guide has multiple sub-topics for each of the sections you see below - all with prompts and examples for
your readers to use as fodder for their own efforts. It even has a section on writing challenges that includes writer's block, time management as a senior fiction author and maintaining motivation! . Details are on the sales page.
This 5-page, 2,191-word PLR includes:
- The Zero-Cost Path to Becoming a Senior Fiction Author
- Getting Started on the
Fast Track: From Idea to Manuscript
- Senior Self-Publishing Made Easy
- AI and the Promotion Process: The Senior Author’s Secret Weapon
- Earning Money as a Senior Author
- The Freedom of Fiction: Why Now Is the Best Time
** This PLR comes in both Word and TXT formats
Free Graphic
I've included a
PNG file that you can use in your marketing.

Food Journey
My weight dipped a bit more today! So I'm 8.4 down now (another 0.2). And it was SO weird. My kids went to go get Chick Fil A and Andy's and I had ZERO and I mean ZERO desire to have any of it. Not an inkling. Even when Scarlett described her ice cream I was like, "Sounds yummy" but it didn't. It just sounds not good. Toxic.
Today I reminded myself that not only am I eating healthy now but I'm being mindful - a habit I'd forgotten. So once again, the picture in this breakfast image is WAY off from what I ate. I ate the yogurt in
the cup (filled about halfway with Greek yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup and walnuts). I ate the two pasture-raised organic eggs fried in a drizzle of EVOO. I ate the 2 Brazil nuts for selenium.
But when it came to the pineapple and grapes, I barely touched them. They were last to be eaten, so I had maybe 4 little pieces of pineapple and 6 grapes. I put the rest in the fridge. The pineapple doesn't say organic. But it's not in
syrup. I won't be buying it again.
For dinner, (this is my small plate I ordered) after I did the dishes this morning I popped a baby sweet potato in the oven to cook at 275 degrees for 90 minutes. So filling and yummy. Put some pasture-raised organic butter on the sweet potato (1 tsp). I only ate a bite from the middle before realizing the two ends looked rotten - UGH. So I threw that away. Also had the other half of the cabbage
I had leftover from last night. Dessert was one of my Hazlenut Cherry Honey Mama slices of the bar. I also made myself eat a tablespoon of chia seeds that were in water. I prefer it in yogurt but I forgot to soak them last night so they'd be ready by breakfast.
I wasn't hungry much for anything today, but I ate anyway - I want to stay in the 8 hour eating window and not eat late at night. I love braising the cabbage. I cut
it up into bite sized pieces and cook it in a teeny bit of chicken broth, salt and pepper.
I noticed I'm naturally drinking more water now. About 3 of my 32 ounce or 30 ounce (I forget which) Yeti cups. Feeling good! No desire to cave. No cravings. No hunger. Winning!
Tiff :)
