Hi
I made a BIG mistake with my food today. More on that below. My weight bumped up 0.2 again. I am stuck in this one pound moving up and down by 0.2 or 0.4 each day. LOL! It'll eventually drop.
Today I have a FULL content funnel on a great topic. Check that out below, but first...
FYI for you Kindling 2.0ers, I thought I'd have lesson 10 done yesterday but I forgot to do it so it's up now - starting with something cool I did with AI today that I share an example of (showing just how inexperienced you can be to do this). PRICE BUMP ALERT: I saw the following message in the group, so if you're thinking about getting it for your fiction journey, save yourself
some money and do it NOW:
Digital Product Stacks for
Passive Income - AI PLR Full Funnel (Just $15 - Under $0.19/Page)
This is a full content funnel called Digital Product Stacks for Passive Income - AI Assisted PLR. I researched topics and worked with AI to come up with the outline of what went into it before
having it deliver what I wanted. I played a heavy role in initiating what went into it. You can see an excerpt on the sales page.
This is something that I can price much cheaper, under $0.19 per page rather than $2 per page for the limited PLR. This PLR will not be limited in quantity, and you can do the same things with it - edit it, put your name on it, etc. Use the content in different ways if you want to compile them and use it as
a lead magnet or info product, use them as individual emails, blog posts or social content.
Passive income is the ultimate goal for many online entrepreneurs. It provides a scalable financial option that runs on autopilot once it's created, freeing up your time and allowing you to live the kind of life you want. With this full content funnel, you get blog posts to pull in traffic, a lead magnet to get targeted visitors on your list, a
7-day email series to warm them up and a full eBook you can sell. All of the content is ready to go or you can edit it in any way you want, including packing your links in the content for tools, additional courses and more.

My weight increased 0.2 pounds. My
calories are not going above 1,400 and I measure and track everything, even weighing it. Mostly it's been 1200-1350ish. Probably too low, actually. My BMR is 1,928 calories. So anything below that is good.
This morning was the FIRST time I've had any inkling of feeling like I wanted something else - like an old favorite. It wasn't a craving, though. More like a calm decision, take it or leave it. My son wasn't going to the store
for me until later, so I decided against better judgment to have eggs and pancakes for a one meal today since I ate late. (4 PM).
I measured out 1 cup Bisquick, used 1 egg and 3/4 cup milk (those two things were organic) in the mix. The Bisquick is SO bad for you - so many toxins but I figured I'd just do it periodically if I wanted to. I made 2 scrambled eggs with it and put my syrup on the side in a 1/2 c measuring cup (not filled
all the way) to dip my fork into instead of pouring it on.
The FIRST bite I could tell it was not what I used to experience. It WAS chemical-tasting. People always told me I'd taste it but I'd never experienced it before. It was not anywhere near good. I ate my eggs and brazil nuts. Then I ate about one pancake total. The syrup was virtually untouched. Just a few fork dips.
I threw the rest all away - SO foul. I won't ever be doing that again. It would have been better if I'd eaten a hamburger and fries. But I wasn't going out. And just like that an old favorite is dead to me.
My stomach also immediately didn't feel good. Like doing somersaults in there or something. Not happy with me. I wasn't hungry after. Just feel ick now.
I'm going to get on my vibration plates and help with the phympatic system in case this causes more inflammation. I love that vibration plate. I used it 15 minutes a day but not daily - I should, but I use it when I need it. I bought it in 2019 and it still works great.
This is the one I bought, by the way. It helps even if I'm sitting here watching a show. Makes your legs feel like you just walked a lot. It helps you head to toe, though.
That's it for me - hopefully tomorrow I can just stick to all the normal good foods I just picked up. Won't make that mistake again for awhile at
least. LOL
