Hi
I'm 9.2 pounds down today - woot! More about that below. Today I got something for my entrepreneurial taxed eyeballs. Scarlett told me to get them - they're these smart light bulbs (no Alexa needed) that you can adjust to any shade of white (or color, which I won't be doing) and control it from your phone. So if they forget to turn a light off or it's
too bright, I can turn it off or down without having to interrupt my work. Love them - they work amazingly well!
3 Heads Up: 1.) Kindling 2.0 is going up in price by $50 soon. I'll be doing part 11 of my bonus later tonight but it'll be late. You have until the end of the day on the 17th to
get my huge exclusive bonus (6 reports and complementary 5-day email series for each one) when you buy Daniele Melandri's Relationship Videos PLR Bundle. And until Monday you can grab my 62-page pillar blog post bundle for Sharyn Sheldon's 50% Off Deal on her 5-Day Challenge
Kits with coupon code: CHALLENGESALE50.
AI Fast Content Creation in High-Traffic Niches - AI PLR Funnel (Just $15 - Under $0.15/Page)
This is a full content funnel called AI Fast Content Creation in High-Traffic Niches - AI Assisted PLR. I researched topics and worked with AI to come up with the outline of what went into it before having it deliver what I wanted. I played a heavy role in initiating what went into it. You can see an excerpt on the sales page.
This is something that I
can price much cheaper, under $0.15 per page rather than $2 per page for the limited PLR. This PLR will not be limited in quantity, and you can do the same things with it - edit it, put your name on it, etc. Use the content to pull in targeted traffic, build a list of loyal subscribers, nurture them and convert them into buyers with a content pack that's ready to use today!
Most online entrepreneurs don't deviate from the beaten path
of popular niches. And with good reason - there's money to be made there. But if you want to grab some of it for yourself, you have to be competitive unlike you've been before. This is achieved in two ways - speed and superior content. This is almost impossible for humans to do on their own, but with artificial intelligence quickly zeroing in on data that can supercharge your results, you don't have to wear yourself with late night researching, brainstorming, and creating a myriad of content.
You can leverage AI and work it to your advantage so that even in high-traffic, competitive niches, you're able to carve a place out for your voice and gain traction with ease.

I weighed in 9.2 pounds down today. I think my body felt threatened with that Bisquick yesterday and said, "No, please don't! I'll drop pounds." 😂 Today I ate late so I only did the one meal a day. I'm going to show you the meal and how I track it in the free MyFitnessPal, too.
Oh and in that Pleasure Trap book, I saw the best quote: "We are digging our graves with our
teeth," Thomas Edison. I sure was!
Here's the meal (and I left 1/3 of the yogurt and 1/4 of the eggs and grits on the plate):
Love those beautiful egg yolks! I grew up on eggs and grits but I had no idea about their health, etc. SO I asked ChatGPT, telling it my goal is unprocessed, healthy ingredients. I gave it the brand and product name and the ingredients.
It told me it's made from white hominy (I love hominy) and that the way it's processed actually makes the B3 vitamins added
in it more bioavailable. It said:
Hominy: While it's technically processed, nixtamalization is a natural method used for centuries. So, the corn itself is not unhealthy. Overall, the grits themselves are not considered highly processed compared to many modern foods, and the ingredients are relatively simple.
Added vitamins: These are synthetic forms of naturally occurring nutrients. They aren't harmful, but they are not as "organic" as
vitamins derived from whole food sources.
So I allowed it! It's super low in calories too - just 140 for a 1/4 cup (you add 1 cup water to cook it and it makes a nice serving kind of like rice). I don't add oil to it, just salt. I made 4 eggs with it, had 2 Brazil nuts and my usual organic Greek yogurt w/a drizzle of maple syprup, walnuts, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. I also added a date with a sliver of butter to it. The date looks so
unappetizing, doesn't it? But it is so super sweet and has fiber.
I was mindful and stopped when I was starting to get full. Here's what it looks like in MyFitnessPal:
It's not even enough calories to be honest, but I might add a 100 calorie fiber cookie or chia seeds later since my fiber is low. I'm just not hungry and have no cravings so I want to listen to my body. Some days, like yesterday, I was actually hungry and craving something. I just messed up what I chose and made my stomach unhappy.
As you can see my daily goal is actually 1,800 calories. I
have that because my BMR is 1900ish so it allows me to eat up to that if I want to, but still be a bit below.
Added Benefits: I am having more energy and less pain. Usually when I diet, I just eat bad food, but less of it. So the pain doesn't go away and I'm sluggish still. I was looking at a VERY sad picture of a "diet meal" where I had 4 boiled egg whites and 2 donuts. A DIET meal. Meaning I used to each way
more than that! 😢 I had taken a picture because I was proud of myself for cutting down. Now I see it and realize how screwed up that is.
Oh well! On the right track now. Also, my son said, "Mom, I think you might want to look at swapping out the Cascade and laundry stuff next, since you're going organic." He's been super impressed with what changes Scarlett and I are seeing and the news stories I show him, so I'm influencing him
in the right way.
