Hi
I'm now 10.2 down, baby! Woohoo! For some reason that 10 pound achievement is nice to hit. More on that below... Tonight, I'm starting a 14-day challenge for myself to complete a novel in 2 weeks now that my idea and outline is in place. This is on top of the PLR I do daily.
I did a hybrid of what I've learned in Kindling 2.0 and what I do on my own. I'm only 39% of the way through that amazing course and I've worked on it a bit every day - it's massive and detailed. I love it. For my people who have bought it and are in my private blog content access, I have lesson 11 up now!
Today's PLR is all about a niche booming so big it's indescribable - and 1/3 of adults are taking part in it (including me)! Read more about that here...
One-Year Survival Prepper Plan - AI PLR Funnel (Just $15 - Under $0.15/Page)
This is a full content funnel called One-Year Survival Prepper Plan - AI Assisted PLR. I researched topics and worked with AI to come up with the outline of what went into it before having it deliver what I wanted. I played a heavy role in initiating what went into it. You can see an excerpt on the sales page.
This is something that I can price much cheaper, under
$0.15 per page rather than $2 per page for the limited PLR. This PLR will not be limited in quantity, and you can do the same things with it - edit it, put your name on it, etc. Use the content to pull in targeted traffic, build a list of loyal subscribers, nurture them and convert them into buyers with a content pack that's ready to use today!
Survival prepping is not a one and done task. It's an ongoing plan you have to implement on
a regular basis, making strategic plans, purchasing and rotating products, and having heightened awareness of what's going on at all times. I am very much personally into this concept for my own family (ever since the Texas grid went down and we were caught offguard). So I developed (with the help of AI) a funnel that helps you educate more people through the use of informative pillar blog posts, a lead magnet, email series and eBook. Each one serves a purpose to help more people be ready for
anything - whether it's a natural disaster, civil unrest or something else. For the main eBook, it teaches them how to level up their preparations from month one with the most basic ones to month 12, with the most advanced options.

So yes, 10.2 pounds down!! I was so happy with that. I am 0.7 pounds away frmom being my lowest in TWO years. I had done so well just a few years ago when I went to
NYC and then my dog died and I spiraled out of control with eating. It devastated me. I went from 249 (overweight anyway) to 294 or something. At the start of this healthy eating journey I was 291 even. SO SO huge - I can't even believe I've gotten to that level. So today I'm 280.8.
Today my son went and fully jumped onboard with this, getting himself everything organic for burgers and he grilled out for him and Scarlett. I had
my organic chicken and vegetables with organic rice. I used kickin chickin seasoning and whew that was spicy!
Breakfast was my usual favorite "cereal" yogurt mix with berries, maple syrup drizzle and walnuts as well as 2 Brazil nuts and some chia seeds in water that I drank.
That's my kid plate again, so it's 6.3 ounces of chicken and 1 1/2c cooked rice. I could have had less and will next time. Also had my Honey Mama bar. All 3 of my kis and my DIL are hooked on those now.
When my son went to the store he replaced all of his toiletries like soap, deoderant, etc. I am still figuring out what I want to use for everything for those replacements as well as laundry stuff, etc.
I ate late tonight (like 8:30) so I know I'll likely have a gain tomorrow. But that's okay. My macros are correct and under my goals so I'm good.
