Hi
I am my lowest weight in TWO years today! So happy. More on that below...
I'm focused fully on my Kindling 2.0 project today so I have added a new blog post to the private bonus Kindling posts (change the # at the end to a 12).
Last night, Geoff posted that he's in the process of finalizing some things in his membership and the price increase will happen once he's finished, so it's imminent.
If you're on the fence about whether or not you have what it takes to do fiction, I created PLR you may want for your own journey called Self-Doubt No Longer Has a Place in Fiction.
There are only 6 hours left to get that PLR.
Writing Mysteries? Kevin Berry has a launch called Murder, AI Wrote 2. It's a collection of 282 ChatGPT or Claude.ai prompts to write outlines for stories in the historical mystery, cozy mystery, private investigator, Scandinavian noir, serial killer, whodunnit and bounty hunter subgenres, plus instructions on how to expand those outlines to scene-by-scene chapter breakdowns for longer stories and novels. Creating relevant images for the stories is
also explained.
Food Journey
I am now 11.8 pounds down - finally back in the 270s from the 290s. I am the lowest I've been in 2 years. When Honey, my chihuahua died, I packed on 40+ pounds. It just kept going up and up.
Today I woke up and cooked an all-organic meal of chicken enchiladas and
6-layer dip. It was good! The tortillas were a bit different but not bad. The organic mayo I don't think I'll use again. It tastes like a cardboard box.
But it was hidden among spices, avocados and salsa so it wasn't impeding on my tastebuds much. I asked Scarlett to get my kid's plate and plate my portions because I didn't want to get too much out of habit.
The girl got more than I would have! LOL! So I left a lot on my plate - some of the chips and enchiladas. And I only had half the Honey Mama bar. Just couldn't eat past that. That's one
enchilada, 14 chips and a big spoonful of the dip. Too too much. I ate around 5 PM so I am making that my one meal. I also have my coffee daily. I guess, too, when I was making it, I ate a couple of bits of chicken so that adds to it.
My son has already lost 4 pounds and he said he, out of habit, thought he was going to snack last night but then realized he had no hunger so he didn't.
Have you started making any swaps? If so, let me know what you liked or didn't like. I might have some suggestions. For example, date powder was a big let down for me. LOL. Organic coffee and milk and eggs, though - superb!
