Hi
Personal note and some niche talk at the bottom...
Before we get into my PLR for the day, make sure you check out Justin Popovic's Guided Visualizations Limited PLR Sale at Tools for Motivation. This won't be available after the 4-day sale at all. It's about improving in 10 key areas of life and includes scripts, audios, mini visualizations, social media content, a lead magnet,
graphics, and more. It's valued at $99 but on sale for just $19. Another good deal is Susie O'Dea's Superagers PLR on sale for 1 week.
Atlantic Diet Plan for Better Health - AI Assisted PLR (Just $5 - Under $0.39/Page)
This is a report called Atlantic Diet Plan for Better Health. I worked with AI to come up with the outline of what went into it before having it deliver what I wanted. I played a heavy role in initiating what went into it.
This is something that I can price much cheaper, under $0.39 per page rather than $2 per page for the limited PLR. This PLR
will not be limited in quantity, and you can do the same things with it - edit it, put your name on it, etc. Use the content in different ways if you want to use it as a lead magnet, info product, or even break it up into blog posts, emails or social content.
This is a report that gives readers a comprehensive education about a diet that doctors and nutritionists are buzzing about with patients - the Atlantic Diet. This specific diet
not only helps people lose weight, but it's a heart health diet that also helps with many chronic diseases, similar to the Mediterranean Diet. The Atlantic Diet appeals to people who still want to enjoy red meat, dairy and starchy vegetables in moderation. It's especially beneficial for women but not reserved just for them because men can benefit from it, too.
This 13-page, 4,904-word report covers:
- The Benefits of the Atlantic Diet
- Core Principles of the Atlantic Diet
- Developing a Shopping List and Meal Plan Using the Atlantic Diet
- Cooking for the Atlantic Diet
- Lifestyle Adjustments for Success on the Atlantic Diet
- How the Atlantic Diet Stacks Up Against Other Diets

Niche Talk
I have a question for you - have y'all noticed the uptick in marketing in the Christianity niche? It's huge right now - to the tune of
almost $500 billion by 2028. And the digital demand is where the most interest is.
I noticed several content providers having #1 bestsellers for this niche. For example, there's one called Faithful Flicks that has 400 short form PLR videos that are Christian-based.
I went digging around and noticed there's a rising boom in this niche. I feel it's because of the decay of society where people are more isolated and angry all the time so they seek out solace and guidance to feel better. I love niches where you can have a feel good topic.
I know not everyone believes the same thing - and I wonder if other spirituality topics are seeing the same explosion of growth? Someone I
know has a bestselling book in this niche. I asked AI about monetization options and they are books, ministry resources (like selling sermons), necklaces, t-shirts, wall art, musical instruments (!), children's products like Christian toys and games, etc.
Personal Note
I was chatting with two of my grown kids, who both do PLR and fiction like me - but
neither has yet published a book. Their first dive into it has them frustrated.
Part of my job as a mentor to them is to help them learn how to approach it from an entrepreneurial mind. With their fiction, they each selected a genre, came up with a plot, outline and began writing. Both have done over 10k words.
But both stalled out. They kept avoiding the finish line so
I went and had a separate talk with them, so they understand hoow to either push through and finish projects or know when to shelve something and consider it just practice.
I showed them my enormous pile of half finished ideas. We talked about how I've had to force myself to finish writing and publishing even when I was sick of a project.
What I did was tell them
(and I'm telling you to do the same with new projects that intimidate you) is this: Go through the motions one time in full to see how the process works.
They need to complete a novel, have it edited (see what that's like), work with a cover designer, choose even a throwaway pen name, and publish to get feedback and see what readers think.
The process and learning
to be repetitive is important, whether you're building a nichhe blog or writing fiction. If you don't have that practice run in a soup to nuts system, you will feel nervous the entire way. And a practice allows you to not care as much about the end results.
Believe it or not that can be a blessing. You still do your best, but you don't consider it the final thing you're hitching your wagon to, so to speak. If things go wrong,
shrug - you can figure it out without emotion.
When I play golf, I always take a practice swing. Sometimes, on the first tee, I take a mulligan (if I'm not in a tournament). It's a way of easing the pressure as you first get started - because your nerves stepping up onto the teebox in front of everyone can cause a jerky swing or a whiff of the ball. Knowing you have a practice hit in you fills you with more
confidence.
So today they're starting from scratch on new projects and I will make sure that this one is completed if not just to go through the steps. I should have made this clear earlier but I let them spin their wheels to see what would happen. I'm excited to see their new efforts.
Tiff ;)
