My son's brisket turned out amazing! We did learn a few things, though - to make it more tender for next time. But this is definitely going on the holiday rotation for the big family meals. It's a grueling process it looks like, too - every 20 minutes for hours he was out there adding wood chips, etc. Worth it, though!
