I'm testing a new Mac n Cheese recipe for Thanksgiving. See, in the South, that's considered a vegetable. LOL! I had to laugh when asking AI why Southerners call it a vegetable and it said that we're "more loose with our definition of a vegetable." Ha ha! 

I don't normally eat it but the kids like it. I'm using Tini's recipe (it's popular online) and then giving a lot away to my son and my other son's friend and his wife. I love the holidays when I get to bake and give food to people. Makes me so happy. If I were younger and more energetic I'd have done a cooking channel on YouTube and TikTok.
