I know not everyone on my list is American or even celebrating today, but I think one thing everyone can agree on is that a day of thanks and focusing on what we're blessed with is a good thing.
I'm very thankful for you. I've told y'all before I couldn't have taken care of my babies or escaped an abusive marriage if not for your support. But it goes beyond that. The friendships and
camaraderie mean a lot. I've loved getting to know people from all over the world - the Internet can be an amazing thing!
Today, I'm going to be cooking a ton and then my son and his wife are coming over to enjoy Thanksgiving with myself and my other 2 grown kids. We're going to eat and play games and just enjoy the day.
Do y'all go shopping on Black Friday? I did once or
twice but I can't stand the crowds. I know we also get bombarded with the specials online in our inbox. I don't have a BF deal. I'll tell you if I see anything worthwhile. I don't know of any off the top of my head. I'm usually doing some online Christmas shopping after everyone goes home to get good deals. LOL!
