Hi
I decided to take tonight and maybe tomorrow off. It is SO relaxing and cozy here because it's cold and lightly raining. The best kind of weather when you want to relax.
But I did read something and have a tip to share with you. I'm subscribed to all kinds of industry newsletters regarding AI, marketing trends, etc. One of them is from Superhuman. In the article I linked, it talked about a few things... let's go over them and I'll share some tips:
#1 - People are Flocking to AI for
Mental Health Advice
I've talked to AI about getting me out of a bad mood, alleviating concerns, etc. I know others who have, too. What I LOVE about it is that unlike a human, it can advise you based on facts, not emotions.
What I mean by this is - here's an example. My counselor I went to during a chaotic divorce also advised me about my toxic mom.
However, the counselor herself had been ghosted by her own kid, so she has bias. Made me skeptical of her. AI hasn't been ghosted by its offspring. It can advise with very realistic sounding empathy and give you new perspectives AND what I love about it is that it can do so based off your preferences.
IE: Some counselors might say, "But she's your mom..." Not AI. I can tell it I don't believe in the whole "blood is thicker than water"
saying. I can tell it that a a betrayal from a parent is worse than that of a stranger and it can adequately advise me to forgive but not put myself in an unsafe situation with her again. You get to tailor your advice. And maybe ask for a variety of advice - like, "What options do I have for dealing with sadness/anger about my mom's behavior? Give me a variety of takes on it."
In the article, it says: "The
Opportunity: According to multiple forecasts, the global mental health market is set to exceed $500B by 2030, with North America accounting for almost 40% of the market. According to Grand View Research, the market for AI in mental health already exceeds $1B and will cross $5B by 2030."
I suggest you create or buy PLR on mental health and tweak it for this purpose. Consumers won't know how to use AI for this.
For example, I sell a 12 Mental Fortitude Reports Bundle (PLR). You could upload them one by one and have AI revise it to teach the reader how to use AI for that purpose.
In that bundle, there's one about Finding Balance. I can tell AI: "In the report I've
uploaded, I have a section on grounding. I want you to take that information but turn it into a section about using AI like ChatGPT for this strategy. Include prompts, etc."
Look what it provides me with (and you can ADD this into the report, and keep the non AI stuff, too):
Using AI for Grounding Practices
ChatGPT can facilitate both mental and physical grounding exercises. Below are ways AI can enhance your mindfulness journey:
Personalized Grounding Prompts
ChatGPT can generate customized grounding techniques based on your preferences. Use prompts like:
- "Help me create a sensory grounding exercise using the 5-4-3-2-1 method."
- "Write a calming visualization exercise
to help me feel more grounded."
Guided Breathwork and Meditation
AI can guide you through mindfulness breathing and meditation. Try prompts like:
- "Guide me through a five-minute breathing exercise to reduce stress."
- "Create a visualization of a peaceful forest for relaxation."
Journaling and Reflection Support
Grounding often includes self-reflection.
ChatGPT can help structure your thoughts with prompts like:
- "Provide journaling questions to help me identify sources of stress."
- "Help me reflect on three things I’m grateful for today."
Stress-Interruption Exercises
When you feel overwhelmed, ChatGPT can quickly offer strategies to redirect your focus:
- "Suggest quick grounding exercises I can do in under two minutes."
- "Give me a
calming affirmation or mantra to repeat when I feel anxious."
Daily Grounding Routine Builder
AI can assist in creating a structured routine to integrate grounding into your life:
- "Design a morning routine that includes grounding exercises and mindfulness practices."
- "Suggest an evening wind-down ritual to help me release stress before bed."
Example Interactions with
ChatGPT
Below are examples of how to use ChatGPT for grounding:
Prompt:
"I’m feeling scattered and stressed. Can you guide me through a grounding exercise?"
ChatGPT Response:
"Let’s do the 5-4-3-2-1 method. Look around and name five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things
you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste. Take deep breaths as you focus on each sense. Let me know how you feel after."
Prompt:
"I need a quick mantra to center myself during a busy day."
ChatGPT Response:
"Here’s a mantra for you: 'I am here. I am safe. I am steady.' Repeat it slowly, taking deep breaths between each phrase."
#2 - Faceless Video Channels Are Skytorcketing in Popularity
In that same Superhuman article, it talks about how much people are earning from Faceless video channels.
Know what I hate? Watching a human channel only to see them grow big and some scandal or rumor occurs
and it ruins it for me. Humans just don't behave and it might even be nothing major, just the way they act in a bad way once that makes me dislike them.
Faceless video channels deliver information without the risk of a human. I know, I know, it sounds like I'm painting a broad brush against humans and I'm not BUT you have to admit they are flawed.
I sell a set of
52 Faceless Marketing Video Scripts and Storyboards. You can take them and upload them to an AI video tool and have a faceless channel ready to go.
I have several variety niche bundles ready for this purpose that you can do the same thing with:
52 AI Tips for Marketers Video Scripts
52 Fast Growth YT Channel Tip Video
Scripts
52 Anti Aging Video Scripts and Storyboards

Storyboards
52 Niches You Can Profit From Online AI Scripts & Storyboard
52 Make

#3 - Personal Air Quality Product Sales Are Booming
I am all about this. The more our small town has grown into a city smashed in between Arlington and Fort Worth, the more "smog" there is. Plus, I have SIX rescue
animals. We have bought big and smaller air purifiers and humidifiers for the main rooms and bedrooms.
It makes a big difference. I actually got them right when Covid hit and nobody knew what it was or what was happening. But it improved everything a lot. In the Superhuman article, it talks about the broad and sub-categories that are making bank.
If you're an affiliate,
this is a good niche you might want to go into. I asked AI for a specific strategy to take advantage of this rising industry category and it said:
1. Niche Selection and Research
- Focus Products: Begin with Amazon affiliate-friendly air quality products like air purifiers, humidifiers, air quality monitors, and replacement filters.
- Target Subcategories: Identify
high-demand subcategories. For example:
- Allergen-specific air purifiers: For people with asthma or allergies.
- Smoke filters: Target wildfire-prone areas or urban residents.
- Compact or portable air purifiers: Ideal for travelers and small spaces.
- Identify Top Products: Use Amazon to find products with:
- 4-star ratings or higher.
- At least 1,000+ reviews (shows demand and
credibility).
- Affordable price points ($50–$300) to appeal to a range of budgets.
2. Audience and Content Development
Target Audience
- Health-conscious individuals: Highlight air quality's impact on wellness and longevity.
- Parents and families: Focus on protecting children from allergens and
pollution.
- Pet owners: Market products addressing pet dander and odors.
- City dwellers: Emphasize solutions for pollution-heavy environments.
- Smokers or homes affected by wildfires: Highlight smoke-specific solutions.

Create content to educate, inform, and convert:

Purifiers for Allergies in 2024"

stylish, home settings.

- Case Studies
- Share real-world examples like “How a $100 Air Purifier Reduced Allergy Symptoms in Just One Week.”
- Email Sequences
- Build an email list and provide exclusive content like "Top Tips to Improve Indoor Air Quality Today."
3.
Leverage Amazon Affiliate Tools
- Product Links: Use Amazon affiliate links for direct tracking.
- Amazon Bounties: If applicable, consider promoting Amazon Prime or other related services.
- Bundles: Promote replacement filters or accessories alongside purifiers for increased basket size.
4. Optimize for Keywords and SEO

- Short-Tail Keywords:
- "Best air purifier"
- "Air quality monitor"

- "Best air purifier for allergies 2024"
- "Portable air purifier for travel"
- "Smoke filters for wildfires"
On-Page SEO Tips:
- Use keywords
naturally in titles, headings, and alt texts.
- Write detailed product descriptions with pros, cons, and comparisons.
5. Engage in Online Communities

Bank.”

- Answer questions related to air quality with thoughtful, non-spammy responses and link back to your content.
If you're not subscribed to industry, AI and trend newsletters, it's a great place to get info for your marketing plans.
It's also FREE. can't beat that!
That's it for me for now - have a great rest of your day!
