Scarlett and I managed to scare ourselves yesterday and today for absolutely no reason. 😂 She came in my room saying there was a weird radio signal like sound outside. I check the night vision cameras and there are THREE weird objects in the sky - one stationary and 2 moving zig zag. It lasted over an hour. 

Tonight, fed up with us speculating, Shawn gets his telescope out and discovers the big one is a duo of stars that make it look like it's flashing and changing shape. The others were probably drones. LOL! 👽 The noise was from next door.

Health Journey

I got up super late today so I just had abou 1/2 cup of yogurt with berries and nuts and for lunch, a salad (with organic super greens mix, tomatoes and avocados) and a baked potato. Unfortunately, the block of colby jack I got this time was not melty, so that ruined that part. 

Dinner was just some snacks - 1/4 of a yellow bell pepper with red pepper hummus and 2 garlic organic crackers with organic pepperjack cheese. 

I did decide to have something sweet tonight (although I haven't yet). I have a Heath bar and some other stuff I haven't touched in 29 days. I might not have it. It sounds good to break up the monotony of the same old stuff, but I don't know. 

I am ready for pomegranate season but I haven't seen any in stores yet. It's my favorite fruit ever! But I don't like buying the seeds - just the whole pomegranate.
