I'm in such a cozy happy mood today! I worked so late and slept in but then I woke up and Scarlett had some things she'd secretly ordered for me - some new Christmas decor and scented wax melts. She's so sweet! I have classic Christmas songs playing, the house is getting clean and I'm working. I just feel so good. Sometimes it's the ambiance and company you keep. I really sabotaged myself health wise last night. That's below...
For the Kindling 2.0ers, check the private blog posts - new content there. Should be part #19.

Oh. Dear. So yesterday I had queued up my email earlier in the day and then I went OFF the rails. I'm back on now, don't worry. But Scarlett had wanted a donut and what happens next is like the story "If you give a mouse a cookie." I had donutS. The first one tasted like cardboard so I ate a different one. It was good. This tells me that the more you eat something like that, the better your brain makes it think it is. The first impression was
correct.
Later, I'm swamped with a project and we decide to get fast food because I hadn't had any in what, 32 days? Whataburger. I get a burger with fries and we split some onion rings. Also had a Coke.
NOoooooooooooo. This was not wise, people! My body was not happy with me. I immediately had inflammation in my arms and legs. I felt blah. My stomach was bloated.
I had BIG regrets.
Today I fasted ALL day just to rid my body of whatever the heck it was I put in it. Scarlett also felt sick. She had a headache, and we both decided that was a one and done for a longggggg time.
I'm kind of glad I got to see what my body felt like. Up until now, I haven't had an entire day of splurging wrong. I had that one Mexican Coke and I'm not
sure what else, but not this much. Blech!
Oh! I did get my spatulas in so we tossed the other ones. And she ordered us some Dr. Bronner's all purpose cleaner. I'd never heard of it but apparently people rave about how healthy it is. It can be for shampoo, dishes, cleaner, on pets, you name it. I haven't tried it yet,
though.
