Health Journey

I've gone and scared myself with all the thyroid research. I feel a small bump where mine would be and many symptoms of Hashimotos. Ugh. If you've dealt with this, and have any advice, let me know. 

My book gets here tomorrow. I want to hurry up and read it. Otherwise, staying the course with organic, good food. My weight doesn't seem to be shedding as fast as it did at first. But I haven't weighed. I can just tell. 

I definitely haven't been overeating or indulging so I'll just see what happens.
