Hi
I just placed an order for some fake owls where the wind makes them turn their heads. We keep having an issue with a squirrel or something getting into the attic or crawl space and I have tried everything. Have y'all ever used anything like the owls? I hope it deters them. This is my 54 year old childhood home so it's hard to see if there are any hidden foundation issues or attic issues. Argh! LOL
Today's limited to 50 buyers PLR was a request from one of you, so I put it to the front of the list of topics. I should have another Kindling 2.0 implementation post on my blog later today and this will be #22.
FYI: As a
heads up, there are a few other launches, too. Justin Popovic's 365 Relationship Tips PLR is live for 2 more days. Britt Malka also has a new 15-pack of articles called Never Run Out of

Health Journey
Yesterday I did a straight half hour on the treadmill (first time in a long time - not due to energy, but the knee injury I had surgery for years ago after falling while
rollerskating). It was definitely easier with the organic whole foods I've switched to, reducing some of the inflammation.
I've noticed my cortisol spiked lately. I can tell (I've had it tested) and it usually hits in the wee morning hours, making me wide awake. Very annoying. I have nothing to be majorly stressed about so it's baffling. I might look into cortisol type supplements/
I'm going to the store later today to get the ingredients to make my son some organic chicken and rice with gravy. I haven't checked to see if there's organic flour but I'm guessing there is and I'll get that for the gravy I make him. It's nice to know I can swap it all for healthier food for him.
I'm finally running out of my Honey Mama's stash so I need to make a quick trip to Sprouts to pick up some more.
I know this Christmas I'll want some old fashioned staples once in awhil (like fudge) but I want to stick primarily to my organic, whole food meals most of the time.
That's it for me for now - have a great day!
Tiff :)
