Hi
I was about to have a meltdown last night trying to get the Christmas stocking started. LOL! I am NOT a good craft lady. I was never taught how to do it. So I get this felt stocking kit and the instructions say "do this step" but not HOW to do it.
I go to YouTube. This lady spends 5 minutes showing me how to cut out the basic stocking shape along the lines (haha) and I'm thinking, "Great!
She's my speed" and then the video cuts. She comes back and says, "So I did the next several steps off camera." Nooooooo I needed those steps! Plus, as you age, who can thread a needle? I can't! I can't see that close up. Scarlett had to help me. But then I was on a roll. 😂 Now let's hope my dogs don't knock over the sequins and beads.

Health Journey
You should have seen the tacos Scarlett made tonight. I forgot to get a picture. But she got a rotisserie chicken and seasoned it, added things
like baby spinach, red bell peppers, onions, etc., and put it all in a healthy tortilla. I love that my kids are following along and getting healthier.
I am deviating off plan later because my kids are all meeting up with me for Tex Mex. I don't think chicken fajitas will be too bad, though. Just probably not all organic stuff.
I saw an article about the #1 most
cancer-causing cereal and it was one of my favorites, of course - Fruit Loops. In other countries, it's colored all naturally but not here. I loved what someone said online - instead of companies putting their phony cancer ribbons in their profile, how about just not filling their products with ingredients that cause it? Ha!
I'm going to order some L-Theanine. It's good at controlling cortisol and mine has been high since
forever. I often feel like I'm in a state of flight or fight. Very on alert, which is probably why I'm so productive. But it's not good for your adrenal glands, etc.
I have been taking the berberine again whenever I eat a carb-heavy meal. It helps so much to not feel tired after. My weight has stayed stuck ever since I lost that inital 12 pounds. Right now I'm just focusing on the consistency of eating better. Then I'll address
that.
Tiff ;)
