Hi
How is your week going so far? We had a nice lunch/dinner yesterday at a Tex Mex restaurant. I felt bad for Scarlett - she wasn't very hungry so she had hers placed in a to go box and left it there on accident. I went and got her something else later. Oh! More on my health journey below - I've learned 3 new things and you might want to read about them, too.
FYI: The Create High Value Courses with AI Tools by Alice Seba ends Thursday. There's also a FREE PLR: Power of Independence by Justin Popovic at Tools for Motivation that launched today.
Today's PLR is something I love doing because it's all about how I got my start online. When I was working on it, I realized just how many diverse gigs as a freelancer I'd forgotten I did! I will always be so grateful to my clients for hiring me (many of whom are on my list to this day). They made it possible for me to stay home and care for my sick newborn (he had RSV), helped me escape an abusive marriage, put my kids
through school and more. Grateful is an understatement. Freelancing is a true blessing to so many!
52 In-Demand Freelance Side Hustles - AI Assisted PLR (Just $10 - Under $0.08/Page)
This is a bundle of content called 52 In-Demand Freelance Side Hustles - AI Assisted PLR. I researched topics and worked with AI to come up with the outline of what went into it before having it deliver what I wanted. I played a heavy role in initiating what went into it. You can see an excerpt on the sales page.
This is something that I can price much
cheaper, under $0.08 per page rather than $2 per page for the limited PLR. This PLR will not be limited in quantity, and you can do the same things with it - edit it, put your name on it, etc. Use the content to as blog posts, emails, lead magnets, bonuses, as a compiled info product, or share it with your loyal social media followers.
The 52 In-Demand Freelance Side Hustles bundle is designed to give people a fast start online by
offering freelance services. I started my journey this way, and it not only provided quick cash through deposits and pre-payments, but also gave me deep insights into the online marketing world that later fueled my own business. The best part? You’re not limited to clients in the Internet Marketing space—freelance opportunities exist across countless industries, which means your earning potential is even greater.
In the beginning, I
didn’t just work for entrepreneurs; I took on all kinds of projects like writing resumes, creating press releases, and even doing data entry. There’s good money to be made both online and offline. The content explains why people and businesses need your services, what the work involves, and shares tips for success in each role. Whether you're using this bundle as a lead magnet, blog series, or info product, it’s a perfect resource to help others launch their own freelance side
hustle.
Exclusive $5 Add-On Option: I have an add-on offer (the place where you go to the out page and there's an option to add something on by checking a box) that is exclusively offered to buyers who get the main product. In other words, this PLR will never be available publicly. It's only available as an add-on option. This is limited only to those who buy 52 In-Demand Freelance Side Hustles
- AI Assisted PLR. You won't be able to get it later - only at the time of checkout. It's a separate full eBook called Finding Clients as a Freelance Service Provider and it teaches you the different ways you can seek out or attract clients for your various services, both online and off. Details are on the sales page.

Health Journey
Wanted to share some
more things I've learned recently. And let me know if you've tried any of this or heard about it...
#1 - K2 Might Be the Ultimate Supplement
The doctor online who taught me about the D-Mannose after I had a horrible time dealing with a post surgery catheter UTI issue (and that solved it after numerous antibiotics wouldn't) was asked the question: "If you
could take just ONE supplement, which one would you choose?"
He went on to say K2 (not just any K2 but the MK7 version for longer bioavailability). He explained it but I dug deep into information online and found out it's perhaps THE best supplement to take to move calcium (which builds up and causes blockages in your arteries) from your bloodstream into where it's supposed to go - bones, knees, teeth, etc.
I discovered studies with tens of thousands of participants where K2 reduced arterial calcification by FIFTY PERCENT. It reduced their risk of cardiovascular incidents by 50% AND reduced ALL CAUSE mortality by 25%. WHAT!????
For every 10 mcg K2 women take, coronary disease was reduced by 9%. AND it not only is preventative but reduces existing build up! Here are a couple of articles on the studies: Article 1 and Article 2.
I asked ChatGPT if this was true and it said yes, so I asked why doctors don't have patients on it and it said they prefer to prescribe statins.
Grrrrrrrrrrrr. I ordered some K2. This is the one I ordered specifically because it's made with a healthy carrier oil, and it contains 10 month's worth for under $20. It'll be here tomorrow.
#2 - Red Light Therapy for Thyroid Issues
I have all the
symptoms of Hashimoto's thyroid disease yet my doctor has only ever done a basic panel that doesn't show it. This is a disease often brought on from stress among other things, and I've been through the wringer over the years w/my mom and ex.
I was researching it and discovered red light therapy (which I'd gotten for inflammation earlier but was never consistent with it). Anyway, apparently you can do 10-20 minutes a day right on
your neck and it stimulates the thyroid to start functioning properly. It lowers inflammation and cortisol levels. It offers a protective stress reduction aspect to your routine.
The inflammation in my body (ever since I fell and injured my knee years ago) feels like I'm hooked up to a low level electrical shock - or like bees under my skin. Mild discomfort. If someone barely touches my upper arm like to poke me and get my
attention, it's so painful. I want the inflammation gone. The organic and whole food eating has helped some, but not all.
I'm going to start using my red light therapies specifically for this purpose. I own two: a small box one and a whole
body lamp.
#3 - L-Theanine
I've had my cortisol tested and it's high. I almost feel fight or flight constantly, but sometimes it's alleviated. Anyway, I dug into research during the thyroid studies and found many people take L-Theanine to reduce cortisol, cholesterol, improve gut health, etc.
I got the Sports Research Double Strength L-Theanine. I'm going to start taking it first thing in the morning or wee morning hours when my cortisol spikes highest.
All of this is just to test out. You never know what will work best and what won't. Next up I'm studying something called Dim supplements. Just
heard about it in passing.
That's it for me for today - have a good one!
Tiff ;)
