My son found a recipe section on the H-E-B website and decided to try his hand at a quiche. I hate the texture of quiches but this one was so amazingly good. It's made with caramelized onions, garlic, spinach, tomatoes and eggs. (With a sprinkle of parmesean cheese). 190 calories per serving. Google "Spinach and Caramelized Onion Quiche HEB recipe" if you want to make it. I like that when you search a recipe there you can add all the ingredients to your cart for pick up.
