I went and got some Olive Garden tonight primarily because they had chicken gnocchi and Scarlett is feeling flu-like. She wanted Chick Fil A's chicken noodle soup, but of course, they're closed on Sundays - the one day you want them. I hope I don't get sick. Usually if one of us is sick, we all get sick.

Health Journey

I haven't had to take the L-theanine since that first day. The cortisol feeling already subsided. Weird. I wonder if it has anything to do with the K2 I've been taking. I've noticed less inflammation and that is something K2 affects indirectly, so that can lessen cortisol. (Less pain, etc.). I noticed I'm more active already without repercussions. 

I've started feeling more energetic. Unsure why. Especially in the morning (well afternoon is my morning). I wake up refreshed and ready to be super productive. Very focused, too. I've been using red light therapy too.

Tomorrow I'm putting in a new order for more organic food. I found my favorite plain Greek yogurt - Wallaby organic aussie style yogurt. It's thick and so amazing tasting. But only available at Sprouts here.
