Who else is in the polar vortex coming down from our Northern neighbors? Listen, we Texans don't have the strongest grid so I'm gonna need you to keep your winter weather up there with you. We're expecting snow Thursday and after the 2021 grid fail, I will never celebrate possible snow again. 😂

I did get some ingredients to make a warm, yummy rice casserole though - so I can bundle up and work and not have to get outside of my covers for long. I have the heat cranked up but the kitchen is drafty I feel like.
