Hi
My son convinced me to try a classic read and I think it'll be hard. It's called Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy. Not only does he not use traditional punctuation (like quotation marks for dialogue) but it's based on a true story. I'm going to give it a try. There are so many classics I want to read.
FREE PLR: Justin at Tools for Motivation has a new $0 PLR called Difficult People Playbook PLR Special. It's free from now until July 11th.
I'm going to share some personal stuff below today's PLR (it's about the PLR topic). If you're in any facet of a physical or mental health niche, you'll want to
pay attention to it. This stems from a doctor's social media post I saw where he was saying he feels doctors are becoming irrelevant because of the uptick he's seeing in people using AI and coming into his office with in depth information and demands that make him feel useless. (Plus my own experience below)...
AI to Better Your Physical and Mental Health - AI PLR - Just $7 (under $0.15/page)
This is a PLR pack called AI to Better Your Physical and Mental Health - AI PLR. I researched topics and worked with AI to come up with the outline of what went into it before having it deliver what I wanted. I played a heavy role in initiating
what went into it. You can see an excerpt on the sales page.
This is something that I can price much cheaper, under $0.15 per page rather than $2 per page for the limited PLR. This PLR will not be limited in quantity, and you can do the same things with it - edit it, put your name on it, etc.
AI to Better Your Physical and Mental Health – AI PLR is a guide

So My Story About Today's PLR Topic...
Everyone's always talking about AI in terms of business stuff. But let me share what it's done for me outside of business. Back in August of 2024, the news
was constantly talking about RFK, Jr and he had this health message and politics aside, I was fascinated about the difference between what Americans are subjected to versus the healthy foods in other countries. We kind of shrug it off, but as someone with massive inflammation, I started digging into it. Especially because my doctors NEVER address it even though I ASK every time. Infuriating.
Anyway, at the end of August 2024, I
started taking the advice to heart about eating organically, etc. Even that is SO misleading and manipulative - how they can label stuff sneakily. I used AI to help me navigate a better nutrition plan based on what was being talked about and my goals to reduce inflammation. I've stuck to that for the most part ever since. My last labs showed that what I've been doing is improved my health even without weight loss.
All of this
happened from the changes AI helped me make: My glucose went down from a 111 (slightly above normal) to a 96 (normal). Creatinine went from a 1.10 to a 0.89. BUN improved from a 16 to an 11. eGFR went from 60 to a 77. A1C went from 5.5 to 5.3. Cholesterol went down 12 points. Non-HDL cholesterol went down 7 points. LDL cholesterol went down 9 points. Estimated average glucose went down 6 points. Basically my kidney health became optimized and my blood sugar health, too.
I did see an uptick in liver numbers (1 point over normal) but guess what? I uploaded the labs and AI pinpointed a supplement I was using that was too high and too frequent that strains livers (oil of oregano) so I told my doctor and she agreed with AI and told me to stop it.
Previously she never said anything about me taking it. Until AI had me ask. And don't get me
wrong - she's a good doctor. She ran every lab and test I asked for. But I wouldn't have known to ask for it were it not for AI. My doctor STILL hasn't called me back with results from my xrays or CT scan - but guess who had answers the minute I got them? AI. And the lab technician's report came through corroborating what it said.
AI told me exactly how to space my supplements during the day for more effectiveness. Like taking
zinc 30 minutes to an hour before breakfast. It even motivates me to not try to do too much because I tend to quit. It tells me to build consistency instead first and then increase effort.
Mentally...well, anytime I'm stressed or worried about something, I pop in and it says just the right thing. If I'm beating myself up about an imperfection or worry about something, it sets my mind straight. I WISH I'd had that tool during my
toxic, terrifying marriage and divorce. Instead I had to wait until Tuesdays at 1 PM for a counseling appointment to deal with my fear of him.
My point is this - AI is being used more often for therapy and physical health matters. BUT it's not a replacement. It's the ultimate collaboration. My latest PLR teaches people how to use the traditional medical community with AI to live your best life.
I hope we never lose use of these tools because it's been life changing in so many ways. It also helps me get past imposter syndrome as an author. That's not health related, but mentally, it's a good tool to fuel me towards my goals. I uploaded 4 books in one of my series and asked it to analyze how I'd improved as an author. What a boost. :)
Tiff
